If the car dealership deals with time finance GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They have horrible customer service. If your payment is late they complain about you not calling them but they never answer when you try to call or even work with you. I haven’t even had my car for a year and I’ve paid over 1200 dollars in fixing this piece of junk. Most recent I found out my transmission is going out so I paid two payments for my payment they called me upset because I can’t split the payment up! Really? At least I paid it when I should be saving to pay 3400 for new transmission!!

Man I wish I would’ve seen all these reviews before I financed a car with them. It has been literally the worst experience ever! People are very rude and have zero customer service skills, they over charge for the Insurance fees way too much. Through this whole pandemic we’ve been staying poor for paying for this piece of junk of a car which has been breaking down since we got it two years ago! People please don’t be fooled into this company, go elsewhere!!!

I'm thankful this company has helped me financing a vehicle. This company has taken the time to work with me. I have been transferred many times and spoke to rudely by two representatives named LOU & Priscilla until I was BLESSED to speak to ANGELA. She has helped me out TREMENDOUSLY!!!! She listens and is VERY PROFESSIONAL, and well educated. She is GENUINELY concerned and always helpful. She does not make any threats, rude or pressuring. I would recommend this finance company however there are a few trolls I had to speak to before finding this GEM! Thank you ANGLELA for all that you do. Great customer experience. I think all of these negative reviews are from people who cant pay and call to talk excuses. I love Time Finance for always being kind. I forget the ladies name who assists me every month, but she was great. Miriam? She helped me set up automatic payments and now i do not have to worry about calling every month.

So far its been a head ach, I agree with the rates on Customer service the worst of the worst, Alex very rude loves to make threats. Lou, can be rude as well but will take the time to work with you. My car has been repossessed, I'm currently attempting to get my items from my car however Time Finance has given my a disconnected number to the tow yard as well as a number no one picks up, the tow yard shows closed down online, something super shady, hopping to get my items today.

I do not recommend for more reasons than one. Let the reviews before me do the speaking. There is a reason the have a two rating out of five. Do not give them your business, just let them go under so they cant do any more harm to anyone else.

This is the worst finance company I have ever worked with. During these hard times they refuse to work with people and threaten by getting police involved to collect a vehicle for a missed payment. I would truly recommend you look for another company it's not worth the stress that this company puts on you somebody should report them to the better Business bureau

If i could give them ZERO stars I would! THIS FINANCE COMPANY IS THE WORSE, they will harass you for any reason. LETS NOT TALK ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY SALES REP IS LUPE AND SHE IS BY FAR ONE OF THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL PERSONS I’VE SPOKE WITH. SHE IS SUPER RUDE AND LIKES TO INSULT CUSTOMERS. I HAVE COMPLAINED ON HER A FEW TIMES WITH HER “BOSS” but nothing ever gets resolved. I am currently seeking legal advice because they have no right to speak to anyone the way they do. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A TRULY A NIGHTMARE.

I have jacked credit BUT in 4 months they have tried to add there 70.00 insurance 3 different times even though ive sent my declaration of coverage each time they have asked and when i call to confirm or ask a question they are RRRUUUDDDEE. Do yourself a favor and find a different company

This company has helped my mom get financed. They have taken time to help her and others with poor credit to finance. We are blessed to receive this company's help but it can feel regretful when customer service is poor. My mother has been talked to poorly and aggressive. If she does not pick up they call several times in a row and leave hostile messages. She has communicated her situation to a few reps and they were not willing to help. One day when calling to make a payment she was helped by a woman named Angela. She is the best! She has been helpful and has resolved any questions and helped with payments and late fees. I hope my mother continues to work with her.

Very rude people. Never again will I use them For a car loan. Kathy is my sales representative and she is so rude. If you ask to speak with the manager they tell you she is busy and you need to wait 3 hours. They honestly need to hire people with better customer service skills.

This finance company is the worst! Do not ever use them. Go straight to a big dealers like Ford or Chevy. They are very rude and will threaten you if your are 2 days late. I would never do business with this people!

ok, I have a loan with this company.. sometimes the customer service can be a little aggressive. but.... they are the most willing to work with you under any circumstance. I made a transition from one job to another and was going to be extremely late on my loan payment. and they worked with me. This company is a good company and I recommend anyone looking for a second, or a third chance, at improving your credit. this company is idea! they approved my loan when no one else would! thank you time financing for putting up with me!
