Unbeatable service! They really know their stuff! I was greeted with a smiling face and was provided the upmost customer service! They are very knowledgeable in a wide array of items. I will 100% return and refer them to all family and friends.

If you are black they won’t accept anything. I even asked for their policy or list of items they take and they couldn’t give me anything.

This is my first pawn shop experience. Found Express Pawn Shop after reading so many of other happy customer reviews on Yelp. I am a stickler for service. And they were Exceptional. Efficient, fair, organized, clean. Took great care of my electronics while at the shop. I almost ended up extended everything I had there, just to catch some of their bargains.

I don't even know what to say that hasn't been said but all the good things are true. Always friendly and extremely helpful. Great prices. I get loans and buy. They're the best on both ends! Dealt with many pawn shops before and this one is by far the best around.

I am from out of state working here for a short while and needed a pawn loan to make unforeseen repairs on my truck. I had went to several "Pawn" shows in the area and they mostly wanted gold, jewelry, and payday advances. These guys are a REAL pawn shop and was happy to make me a loan on my various types of tools I had with me. They were friendly and courteous and I highly recommend them. I never leave feed back on anyone, but these guys deserve it. When working in LA and in need of extra cash, I will travel past many other "Pawn" shops to do business here.

Extremely friendly guys. The pay for my item was acceptable. Simply loved their friendliness. Ended up finding a great buy while there. I'll definitely recommend Express Pawn Shop on Rosecrans Ave.

Do not believe the time date and hours because they are not open on Sunday probably not Saturday at all I should have here at Sunday 4:00 p.m. they say they close at 5:00 they're closed.

The owner always takes care of me and has the most fair pricing out of every other pawn shop!

This is the worste place to go to , the owner just gives you an ugly stare he had asked for my ID as soon as I walked in making it seem like I'm some sort of criminal trying to steal. I asked a simple question about an item and he gets mad for me asking. I do not reccomend this location at all.

They had cool items, but they wouldn't give me the time of day. It seemed like i was bothering them. They wouldn't look away from what they were doing on there computer. I tried to sell something, but they didnt even want to look at it. When I asked the price of an item the man rolled his eyes. The whole experience of the place was just horrible. The best part of the visit, was when i was leaving the store. Will never go back there.

By far the best place to come too if you're looking for great service. Nice, funny people with great customer service. Best pawn shop I ever came too. I will Definitely be coming back!
