Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Macarthur Blvd, Irving

Mr. Collins took us in last minute and minute and set up a new business account for our car dealership! He took care of us when 3 other branches turned us down. Bryant is the man!!!! 10/10 recommend this branch over others in the area!

My son and I went into this location to open an account and did not have an appointment. The manager "Bo" made it happen! He looked over the schedule and figured out a way to work us in. He then referred us to Bryant and dealing with Bryant couldn't have been any better! He is great to work with! Hats off to both these staff members for making our experience great!!!!

I didn’t catch the name of the associate that helped me but I had the best experience I’ve ever had at Bank of America. It was less than 10 minutes before close and she was so patient and really great about helping me with my transactions. Thank you so much for making my experience amazing!

I went in today for a simple request, i just needed evidence of my accounts, balance & opening dates. They told me it would take 72 hours to do that, they then suggested printing out statements and told me i'd need to pay $5 for them to do that. Then suggested calling the help desk, i proceeded to call them and they said it would take 5 days to satisfy my request. I've had an account with Bank of America for almost 15 years and it's almost comical what they consider customer service. I went down the street to Wells Fargo, my other bank. They provided everything I needed on the spot on official letterhead and for what they couldn't provide they walked me through how to do it and printed it out for me at the branch, for free.

That Indian girl working behind that counter should get fired. She have no idea about customer service. From when we need to carry our own id just to deposit money in our own account. Ridiculous

Professional and responsibility are the two words I could say. The way handling the customers are awesome and specially I would like to mention about Bryant who is dedicated towards the work done for customers. It’s a quick and crisp details on all products they have. Love to bank with them especially this branch.

I'm new to Texas, and Bryant helped me with opening my first US bank account. Excellent experience. Bryant went above and beyond to make sure I was good. Not sure about the other reviews here, but if you need anything definitely book an appointment with Bryant!

I typically go to BofA off McArthur & 114 but today the wait would have been too long so I came here but I didn’t read the reviews until I got here. I was prepared for an awful experience when I waited for about 5 minutes to be asked what I was there for but I then told someone would be with in a minute so I was content to be finally acknowledged and the manager came out greeted me and she was really nice lady. All I needed was to get a temp card and Bryant helped me out, he was really nice and made conversation, activated my card with one of the tellers and she was polite and friendly. I think I was there a total of 15 minutes, which is not bad at all. I didn’t see the reason for so many negative reviews, besides the little wait to be helped my experience was pretty good.

Lets get down to business. I am the HUN.

A bank should never close its facilities at 4pm ESPECIALLY when the drive up ATMS cannot handle deposits of multiple bills or checks. Leaving Bank of America after 10 years to find a bank with more foresight and professionalism.
