Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) E Black Horse Pike, Egg Harbor Township

Bank of America is not exactly everybody's favorite bank but the Egg Harbor Township branch at 3718 E. Black Horse Pike is THE WORST. They are always understaffed, usually with only ONE teller working. The line is almost always out the door with at least a 30 minute wait time. Even when there is no line I've still had to wait 20 minutes or more for an available teller. This has been going on for years. Management doesn't care. Now, they just randomly close on a whim. Why has this branch not been improved by now? If you value your time and sanity do not go to this branch.

First time ever at this bank today and I have to say, it is by the far the worst banking experience in my life. No one was assisting the line and it was practically out the door! After waiting 30 mins in line I got to the front window and they told me with my particular issue I'll have to see the representatives on the floor. By the time I sit down the Manager finally comes out the room and I approach him asking about how long before the next in line to speak with a representative? He simply says I have no idea you'll just have to wait. I even asked if there was a sign in and he said no there isnt. After waiting 2 hours to see a representative, one finally comes out of her cubic area and I asked her can you tell me who's next in line and she says there is no waiting list and I have to wait its either I make an appointment or they take walk in customers. Minutes later go by a gentlemen wheeling his friend around in a wheel chair came in. And they jumped in front of me to speak with the representative when she was finished with her previous customer. I came to the front and said I thought I was next in line I've been waiting for 2 hours she said I'm sorry i do not know. I did not even bother to approach the representatives. I left! A complete waste of my time! Not helpful. Short staff. This place needs alot of attention. Come on BOA you are better than that!

Worst Bank of America branch ever; the tellers give me a hard time every time I come there, they argue with you about your own money, and then the little Indian manager lies for them to cover it up. This branch doesn't even deserve a star.

I come here at least 3 times a week for work and must wait in line for at least 15 minutes each time. Management needs to properly staff this location before I take my business elsewhere. Existing staff is amazing and I wish I could give them their own rating.

Bad service, I was told that there is no 100 face value for the withdrawal today, but gave me 50 face value bluntly, and asked me to queue up next to me for a larger face value

Very upset.. (January, 2021): Every bank around here is open except Bank of America (none of the locations). How are people supposed to deposit money orders? I went two different days this week (the online information says they're open, but when you go it's closed - I EVEN CALLED AND THE MAN SAID THEY WERE OPEN HERE TODAY). I sat outside in the cold with half a dozen people talking about what to do - I stood there and watched as people parked, walked up and left disappointed.. nice older lady that I was talking to asked if any other Bank of Americas near by were open as she was going to get late fees from bills because she could not deposit her money. Low quality bank, will be closing our accounts here.

Bank of America has always been slow but now they’ve closed drive up windows and have less staff. I lost my bank card this morning and when I came to this location was told the wait was going to be at least an hour. Really? That is terrible customer service. I need to change my bank.

NO STARS. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. My husband went to cash a check - a BANK OF AMERICA check after speaking ON THE PHONE with BOA rep - and they LAUGHED AT HIM. They suggested he go to a CHECK CASHING PLACE to cash it. WHY?? If it's a Bank of America check and it was VALID there is NO ISSUE. I've never encountered bad service with BOA until this branch. Who laughs at a customer like that?!?!

If there were 0 stars I would rate 0. Worst bank in the history of America. Treat customers without accounts like they are invisible. Manager should be fired all she does is stand there when there's a line of 20 people, she could get behind the tellers and help

Have to come here for work 3+ days per week. Stand in line or wait at drive thru for 20-30mins almost every time. Management needs to properly staff this location.
