Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee

Terrible reception from this location!!! I’m going to open my business account and when I try to explain to (Brad) He just looked to me and say “oh my best advice for you If you wanna open the small business account is much better you find small bank” I said this is ridiculous how do you know my business is bigger or smaller before you ask anything to me!? This is Bank of America!!!???

The worst Bank of America in Kissimmee -Orlando… Really slow

This bank is by far the slowest bank in the lower 48 states. They never have more than 2 tellers but most of the time only 1 teller at all times. It so frustrating... I'm glad i don't have an account with bank of america and i only come here for work reasons. They have a drive thru but don't even use it. Bank of america listen, the recession is over, people have money now, open more windows...

This is the slowest bank. No matter what day or time, it's a long wait. I'm just glad that I don't have this as my personal bank. I have to use this bank for work, but still. Bank of America HAS MONEY. Why is this branch so slow??

Do not go to this branch, they have no clue what they are doing. They couldn't notarize a form because it was from out of state, they had three people trying to figure it out. Had me sign the form then refused to notarize it ruining my form. They are extremely incompetent!!!

Lakisha Norris, Relationship Banker, at BOA on Osceola is amazing!! I went in with the intention of closing my business account after spending hours on the phone with customer service discussing overdraft fees that started in November with customer service. I have been with this bank for over 20 years and they just recently changed how they classify overdrafts and assigned fees and I was ready to switch. Ms. Norris completely changed my mind, she was knowledgeable and empathetic. She provided me a number of alternative banking options to preserve my business and avoid fees in the future. I left feeling validated and valued. We don't have solution yet, but she assured me she'd call me back when she has one! So impressed *smiling all the way FROM the bank* P.S. DON'T USE THE ATM THERE! I'm not sure why but this ATM ALWAYS has issues (e.g. won't accept certain bills, incorrectly counts money, etc. ). What's unclear to me though is that despite being changed just a month ago, it still has issues. It stole $500 from a customer today (Proven by representive INSIDE the bank and they were able to troubleshoot). However, imagine if that had happened after banking hours...BEWARE!

Came in to close my decist wife's acc, there's no greeter, I have no clues whom to talk to seeing how I don bank with BOA. Was completely ignored, wasn't even acknowledged even though I'm standing in The middle of the bank looking clueless. After seeing how other customers previously in the bank waiting to be seen got completely skipped for customers just walking through the door I left. Worst ever.

Absolute worst banking experience. Almost missed a closing because the bank couldn't get someone to do a wire transfer for me even though i had an appointment. Looks like from the reviews that this is a common problem. 5 people standing around or trying to solicit but no one that can actually help

Well, I am customer of BANK OF AMERICA for more than 6 years...im so happy being a customer but, this branch is a disaster. They have not idea about anathing...no transfers, no make a checks, not cashiers check... he tratado durante mas De un año con mucha paciencia....pero nunca he dado una buena....un total desastre...si no, pruebalo tu mismo..

The bank office treats you like family and are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Make an appointment to speak with them,if you have detailed questions. Super pleased with them.
