Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Broadhollow Rd, Farmingdale

I received the worst experience traveling to this Bank of America branch and I feel it was because of the color of my skin. I called corporate made a compliant and was informed I would get a call from the Branch Manager but never did. I am planning to go on vacation next week and had some questions on the foreign exchange services that Bank of America offered. I walked into the branch which was empty and proceeded to the teller line. I said Good Afternoon and 1 out of the two tellers acknowledge me. The other Customer Service Representative(Joanne) never picked her head up to look at me and asked me how can I help you? I began to ask her my question on the difference between the rates I am seeing online versus the rates of Bank of America. I wanted to know if there was a fee? Speaking to me condescending tone she began to explain to me Bank of America does not charge any fees and their rat can never be changed. I tried to explain that I was not looking to change the rate just wanted to see why it was different from all the other website. She began to tell me in a rude tone of voice that is the other websites not Bank of America. Finally I asked maybe the rates are different so that Bank of America makes a profit ? She said yes so than I said ah so technically there is a fee. I walked away and ordered what I needed while sitting in the lobby. However the next customer that walked in a white male was than greeted with a Smile and a Good Afternoon. This is when I knew there was a problem. Usually I let things like this go but I doing this for the next person that may endure this at this branch that you are not a lone and this is not right.

Customer service from the manager to miss Dana was professional,courteous and lovely. We( my husband and i) had everything we needed to do fast and perfectly done. I really love doing business here because i know i will be treated right. Love the service.

Not sure how their customer service is because when I arrived the lobby was closed. I used the ATM and I have to say they need more than just one.. As I was making a transaction someone entered the bank and stood behind me... Really creeped me out.. If their were two ATM machines I wouldn't have been creeped out by the guy standing behind me late at night... Thanks a lot BOA...

Absolutely Amazing customer support and employees they are very nice at their customers i look forward to coming to this place in the future.

Worst bank ever, not branch the whole company.

Atm kept my money without adding it to my account went into bank for help & the manager said to call to file claim & walked to the back of the bank to avoid me

They never seem to have more than 1 teller working at a time, and usually it is the slowest possible teller they can find. Vanessa is very friendly, quick and fast paced, but I have encountered another teller, I believe her name is Maropy, who although she is very nice, moves incredibly slow even with a line of 5 or more people waiting to be helped; and typically, she is the only teller working so you always end up stuck.

In brach service is very poor. Even though they have many tellers but only one teller serves the customers no matter how long is the line. No sense of good customer service.

This bank has the worst customer service I'd rather hide my money under a rock in the back yard than deal with the morons in Farmingdale
