    If I could give 0 stars I would !! I’m not one to give reviews on anything really but I’m just so dissatisfied with their service . I’ve been banking with them since 2019 because my mom has this bank so I just assumed it was a good one but today March 7,2022 I decided to close my account with them. I lost my card and immediately reported it stolen when I noticed that there had been charges made on my account that I never made , I basically filed a claim and they didn’t close it in my favor keep in mind I’m not 21 and the charges that were made were made at bars !! I provided my bank with this info so they reopened the claim but again they closed it not in my favor but they decided this in 2 days , I’m sure they didn’t even investigate at all just were too lazy or didn’t care . They were supposed to provide me with the documents on the investigation and they never DID . I called the claim center and they claimed to be closed but I’ve called before at the same time because those are their operating hours and they’ve answered so they’ve just been giving me the run around about my money . Don’t bank with them it’s the worst . I’m now banking with Wells Fargo and I hope it’s better .

    I had an appointment and i was on time. I waited until 30 minutes after my appointment time but still no one showed up. I left bc I had to get back to work. Would never come back to this branch.

    This is by far the worse BOA branch in the metroplex. They usually have one teller or at most two attending to customers. No matter how long ths line, they always carry on without any sense of urgency. If you value your time, don't come to this location, go to a different one.

    Ana Rodriguez Assistant bank manager A RUDE little witch. For some reason she feels she can speak to people anyhow she wants and get away with it. I know some young folks in today's society don't have respect but she needs a new job and it's not to serve the public. Many Hispanics get a little title then some how this imaginary power runs through their heads. She particularly needs to curb her attitude she might talk to the wrong person and be sorry. Worst bank worst customer service zero respect two or three decent employees most ghetto.

    If there’s a star below zero I will give it to this branch they made me wait 30 minutes at end they told me I don’t have an appointment they can write a check but no transfer I didn’t get it

    THIS BANK IS THE WORST BANK OF AMERICA I’VE EVER BEEN TOO! Matter of fact is the worst bank I’ve ever been to period! It’s always a mess! COVID 19 guidelines just made the place worse!! IT NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN AND RECONSTRUCTED!!! RUDE WORKERS AND ALL!!

    Terrible... 9 out 10 times you have to stand in line for over 30 minutes to make a simple withdrawal or cash a check... 7 windows is and only 1 to 3 clerks. Have to take an hour out of your day just to make a transition at Bank of America

    I haaaaate coming to this branch. Never ever ever a good experience. I make the 10 minute drive to a different branch instead of going to this one. They’re AWFUL!

    Worst bank everrrrr!! My husband and I stayed in line outside for close to an hour. When it was finally our turn we went inside and spoke to Rey the manager. He asked what we needed and said we needed an appointment. What I don’t understand is why a manager is standing in the AC not doing anything, if you really cared about your customers you would be outside asking your customers what they need instead of making them think they’re going to receive some help and letting them wait in line for an hour! He is so unprofessional, I don’t understand how he is the manager. Don’t waste your time.

    If I could give 0 STARS I would. My husband & I had an appt for Feb6 at 9am. My husband had to miss work to make it to this supposedly appt. They NEVER opened the location at all!! No sign at the door, no update on their website/online, no phone call, nobody to call to ask, absolutely NOTHING. It's Feb11 and I'm yet to receive an apology or a call to reschedule or some type of explanation on why they never opened. They had several ppl waiting outside and nothing, what's infuriating is husband didn't go to work which means less money (covid not helping the situation) and now having to take yet another day off to get what we needed done (obviously somewhere else) and these ppl don't even have the decency to explain. Never had I been so disrespected, NEVER AGAIN!

    This is the worst bank EVER!! You better set aside an hour out of your day if you come here. So slow! 2 tellers and I’ve been in like for over 20mins! Bad customer service. So glad I don’t bank here. I’m only here for a business deposit. If you want to bank with BOA— don’t bother because they don’t care about your time. Update. I’ve been in like for over 30mins
