Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Town Center Blvd, Orlando

I was there today around 2pm today 4/4/2022 There was a teller her attitude is the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen. I come here for 2 years and never been treated like this before. I believe her name is santo or sonta not sure but I advice you not to deal with her. Also for this bank management you need to train your employees better than this. If this continue to happen I’ll file a claim with the headquarters on this location.

Unlike some people in the reviews complaining about the service here due to being short staffed because in case everyone forgot, we are still in a pandemic! The tellers here were super sweet & patient despite being mistreated. I’m giving this branch 5 stars just for trying to assist these people.

5 stars just for opening on Saturday. It helps a lot. Long wait...no problem. People have to think about others and not only themselves.

When speaking to representatives there is usually a wait, but you are greeted at the door and helped as quickly as possible. They are friendly and eager to help with whatever you may need. There is a walk up atm at the door and several drive through ATMs that can take care of most withdrawals and deposits. The teller windows inside could use some work. They are not nearly as friendly and insist that you do most of the work before they will help you. The first time it was frustrating and it could get insulting when things didn't go their way. There is also usually quite a wait for these windows as there are not enough tellers for the amount of traffic this location sees. I no longer bank here as I cannot trust the institution, however this branch always treated me with respect while I was taking care of my issues with them.

It took them 20 minutes to print a void check... last time I came here it took 5 seconds. I have no idea why Miguel had to seat me in the waiting area for a paper that takes 5 seconds to print. The bank was practically empty. I may switch Banks because this is ridiculous. Its literally a piece of paper.

Excellent service from all staff. I would like to recommended Terry Lofrese and Aristoteles Marin, both of them give me counseling how to improve my credit the two times that I went to bank and they share with me all the knowledge that I need to make the best choice .

Carlos Vega a worker at this location I had great service from this worker he was very mindful explains everything in simple details making clients feel secure about what there doing he’s a great worker I recommend this bank and his service

I like all the personal, but this lady Kathleen I can't stand her!!!She doesn't have any skills on customer service, today I went to make a cash deposit and I have $4000 plus money, the rubber band snaps so I told her can't you count it in the machine? She goes " no you have to count by yourself because the money have to match"!! I mean it's so embarrassing, when you counting money in front of people that are waiting in line, I promise we going to look for a better place to do business. We have multiple business acount and personal account, but enough is enough!!!

I’m think is nicely to the banker people in the windows talking to the costumers but they have a long conversation with some clients maybe because they know, but they had to keep in mind is more clients behind and the wait is long about this So please have your conversation with your clients or friends in other moments and respect the time wait for all.
