Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Talmadge Rd, Edison

I will go out of my way to do business at this specific branch. Every time I have visited this location, the Tellers have always been pleasant, and efficient. Also, Danny, the Branch Manager is just as great. He always has a smile on his face, and is eager to answer any questions I may have, or to help in any way. I would like to also mention, Brenda. She too assisted me at one of my banking visits, and provided great service!

Great service and staff went above and beyond to take care of my issues and answer my questions.

The branch is not up to date with online services offered by Bank of America. They need trainings and learn how to be apologetic instead of blaming Bank Of America online services. In my case they didn’t know to verify online opened account; moving all my assets to chase.

Tellers are simply put "brain dead" slow turtles that have lost all sense of common sense and reasoning. They use their computers as excuses when asked questions thereby leaving their customers dumbfounded and aghast at what was just said ("it's not me, it's the computer" type attitude). Management need to emphasize customer service teller training. "Hello and welcome to BOA, how may I help you today" for starters would be a game changer. Unenergized, unengaging, staff runs this place. Go elsewhere

I'll start off saying one positive thing the people are nice. Okay moving forward this place is under staffed always 15 min wait. Always one teller on hand meanwhile there 4 other employee dont even know what title to give them manikins I guess because they just stand there. The branch manager here really needs review.

The staff is very rude and not at all customer-centric. I thought of changing my business account to some other bank but surprisingly Stelton Rd branch representative solved it in a minute.

I am very pleased with the customer service at this bank. Today I was greeted when I enter the bank, I was directed by the bank employee To the right place and had my whole transaction done within a few minutes. The bank manager is also very helpful, courteous and professional. I always have a good experience at this bank

Confirmed appt for 12:30-1p with Michelle. Why would you take a conference call during my time and then tell me wait (no time given) or reschedule?!?!? Full disclosure , I was 7 mins late, no one to talk to to tell them why I was there so by the time the guy at the door asked me (after he was done with his clients) it was 12:41 and by the time he got back to me to tell me Michelle is busy, it was 12:47.

This Bank of America branch is the only branch that is open during Covid-19 shutdown. I needed a few notary public services to be done and the guy (forgot his name) was always there to help me; and I also like their online appointment making functionality, it makes so much easier for scheduling and saves online wait time.

Visited this location on 7/28/20, Teller was VERY RUDE, did not appreciate that I along with other customers was outside in the hot sun for 15 minutes to be allowed in (which is OK as per state laws), and then she was very rude as I turned up at her window prior to be called, She can easily say "I am Sorry, I am not ready for you", rather than handling it professionally, she berates me saying that I have to wait until I am called, she is very busy and showing a lot of attitude ! This is not the way to show proper customer appreciation ! Devinda
