    After nearly a decade with the same bank I’m thinking of switching it is absolutely outrageous in a push to move everything online they make everything exponentially harder than it has to be. Bank of America‘s new slogan should be: The bank where we don’t pay any employees because we make our customers do everything themselves. I have to stand in the middle of the bank and then go to a customer service automated system within the app to try to do some thing that I should just be able to ask somebody while I’m in the bank to do. Additionally are the wait times are so long because they are so poorly staffed you would think Bank of America was going under not a grade A business institution by how they treat their customers.

    Great costumer service. Was super surprised that these guys are very quick as compared to other branches. Nancy is wonderful person.

    The cashier operator named "Ana" needs training. I was super poorly attended, she wanted a second confirmation of my ID, I gave her 3 but it wasn't enough, I removed my hat and my mask so she could confirm my identity through the photo of my driver's license, she threw my document under the counter hatch and refused to attend to me. I believe she went through a training period before starting to work with the public, but I think that at this moment she needs to be refreshed. She needs to understand that whether the bank is a client or not, she needs to leave her problems and concerns out of her work environment, she must always do her best

    Thank you for a great service! Just want to open new account and she was so nice to get someone available to help. I even felt better when the other lady took the time to do everything for me. What a nice day when everything went so right!

    Lines are extremely long. Hours are cutback..staff has been cut back..very inconvenient for we customers. I can barely get from one appointment to the bank before it closes. This is due to the lines being so long that I can't even do my banking. Come on B of A?? Really.....considering leaving this bank.

    Your manager Debbie is under qualified to be working with people. There was obviously a problem with a customer ahead of all of us in the line. We waited 20 minutes for a customer to find his documents from his car. Debbie did not pull the customer aside and let the next person go, instead when asked what is going on she responded that she would go up and check it out right after helping someone at her information desk. She finished At the desk and to our surprise began helping the next person at the information desk. When I asked her why she was not doing what she said she would do by going to the teller to straighten out the problem, I was told I would be asked to leave the bank if I didn't stop asking her to do what she said she was going to do. She continued to ignore the problem and never did go to see what was going on. As the line grew to spill out into the front of the Bank she just sat there and never moved. Very unprofessional.

    Nice branch, helpful and friendly staff, but the lines are big, and even then only two windows are opened. There are enough ATMs outside though.

    Terrible customer service. My car was keyed in the parking lot. The lady I talked to didn't even look up from her iPad as I asked about what cameras may have caught the incident. Completely unsympathetic, I don't think she could have cared less to be honest.

    Horrible service. Lines are routinely long (> hour) and you can't perform basic services, like sending a wire, without an appointment. Open time slots are tough to come by though and one might not be available for weeks. Other branches don't seem to have this limitation and provide clearly superior service.

    The other branch closest to this one has temporarily closed and this location only has two tellers working at a time. With a lot more customers to service due to unemployment benefits being downloaded to a Bank of America debit card this makes no sense. I arrived at opening time to find 15 people waiting outside in line with all withdrawing money off their debit card for disability
