I give new manager Joyce 5 stars because she goes above and beyond to help a customer! Before Joyce came to this branch, I never wanted to go there (management were very Rude and Lazy), I only went to the one on Mill by GSR that is because of Joyce and now transferred with another young lady? to our brach here who is also 👍

Bank closes early now at 4. I made it here before they closed. Im now waiting in line. Its 4:05. The line is all the way around the lobby and back to the door. There is one window open with one girl trying to help the customers. Two guys are standing around. One at the front door with his hands in his pockets, and the other just standing and watching the one girl actually working. This bank has 6 windows. They never open more than one. What a terrible bank with the laziest manager I've ever seen. Just standing around getting paid when there are customers to help. I came back a year later. It's just as bad, or even worse. I wish I could give them negative stars. One star is too many. The internet says they are open. The door on the building says they are open. But its closed. The doors are locked. I guess the lazy workers that couldn't be bothered to open more than one window, now they can't be bothered to unlock the front door and do their jobs. They didn't even put up a sign saying they are closed. Just hours on the door saying they should be open right now.rating minus 3 stars.

I wish they had negative stars. I would recommend running far far away from this bank. The management is less than inncompedent, the bank just closes for days at a time whenever they want and the are RUDE. I remember a day when customer service was a priority- not here. Not only is it not a priority, it's non-existent. I guess they forget it's a privilege to hold your money not a right.

Been with this bank for over 10 years and pleased with it overall. They made a mistake with one of my bank cards and I cannot get a hold of anybody over the phone period an appointment takes days to get. The automated voice system continues to lead me back to going online. I insist on having a human handle this issue.

5 stars for opening after 3 months. We live in Janesville and once a week we do our errands in Reno. My wife and I are very pleased.

Is there a reason that any time I need something from a Bank of America, I am always referred to the "7th and McCarren" one? They have no notary, they have no one here who knows anything about estate services.

I am unable to use my unemployment card. I called cust service and was told I need to speak to a manager and identify myself. I have gone to several offices but was told I need appoinment. I drove to this office as my last try. It was busy but lady in the lobby told me she would help me. We got hold of cust service, they asked the lady to identify me and viola! my card was open and widraw my money. Thank you for your help. My kids badly need this money.

The ratings of this bank says it all! I no longer bank with Bank of America, they have the rudest customer service in person and on the phone. This bank will nickle and dime you for everything. Bank of America is always been known to be the most aggressive and greediest bank to exist. Yuck!!

Long lines for customers. Long wait times. 1 teller in window usually yet full staff for opening accounts. Just a complete joke. Feel sorry for tellers as they have to handle all of the upset customers. Poorly managed.
