Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Baker St, Bakersfield

This is the worst experience in a bank in regards the wait time. There was 8 people in front and only 1 teller. This is inexcusable.

Very great customer service! Older woman was very helpful and understanding when I lost my card I thank her so so much!!

Twice I've gone to try and open a new account. Twice I left without opening one. The first time no one bothered to ask me if I needed help till I went to the window. I waited 15 minutes. No customer's inside. What's taking so long? Second time I was told to wait a little while. I waited 25 minutest. I'm not doing this. This place does not value your time. Don't bother.

I HATE coming to this bank. Griffolds (Biomat, where people donate Plasma for $ on Bernard st.) gives out cards that are linked to this bank, and there is ONLY 1 ATM in the area that allows you to pull out $10 instead of $20, and there is almost ALWAYS a huge line backing out into the street. They need to add more ATM's, and read their customer reviews. No one enjoys waiting, especially in 100+ degree weather. What happened to customer service?

They only have 2 tellers on a tuesday about 150 pm. I figured they would have more tellers due to it being the beginning of the month... I mean come on. Ur a bank... Ive been in line for about 45 minutes. There are people back there doing nothing and just talking and looking at the long line. Come on people!!!

Had to wait in line outside but it didn't take long to get inside. The financial lady offered me to open an account there while I was waiting inside for the couple in front of me to get done at the window. She was really nice and thanked me for filling out the deposit slip for my transaction. She also cleaned the counters and stuff while I was in the building. That made me feel more safe knowing that they take care of customer's health and safety as a priority.

100 degrees outside and have to wait in line outside. Inexcusable.

2 tellers and at least 20 people in line. Plan on being here at least half an hour if you need assistance. I suggest you take your business to Mechanics Bank. I've never waited more than 5 minutes there.

I changed from Wells Fargo to bank of Amarica WORST MISTAKE EVER . Don’t waste your time this place is complete trash and very understaffed . I once went and there was a verryyyy long line and the lady was talking to me for like 10 minutes about the new quarters and what they looked like . Like ummmm lady are you aware there are 373929 other people !

The lines can be so long. Wait time about two hours for both the inside the bank and drive thru. Only band that is open in the area for walk-in so far.
