Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S California Ave, West Covina

Only two employees helping the line, and like 6 employees just chatting in the desk area. The service is horrible and only reason I must come is because my employer use them... 12.01.2021 Teller could do straight deposit only if you have 5 or less items otherwise wait in line with the rest of the people 🙄 12.03.2021 Bank hours are still until 4pm which is Friday and people's live is going back to normal however BoA acts worse than when we actually where on lock down... also again only two tellers helping a line that was up to outside however had 4 employees just sitting on their desk playing candy crush... ridiculous the only reason I have to come cause the business which I work for uses them...

I have the most amazing experience every time I come here! Highly recommend! These guys really have patience when it comes to taking care of their customers! Mr Roger Castellanos thank you for the amazing service and time you took to provide us with the necessary information .

You either love it or hate it. I love it because the ATM's are usually open when I'm there. The times when I had to go in and talk to a teller weren't bad, so I don't have any grips with this Bank of America.

Me and my friend went here to getting a new credit card, Eddie was helping us in all kinds of awesome ways. Thank you Eddie we love you!

this is in a mall parking lot which would make you think you'd get fast service, you don't. other than the slow speed of service inside it's just another B of A.

These people told me they were closed. I came to deposit a check, but was also on the verge of collapsing. I just needed a few moments to cool off, but they refused me. I was drenched and clearly in distress. Fortunately, the blaze pizza across the street gave me water and shelter till an uber could arrive. These people are scumbags, and would have left me to die.

I was a member of Bank of America and when I went to the ATM here I was attacked by security. They didn't like the way I look so they tried to stop me from getting my Uber. I was recording and they tried to hide who they were because they were threatening me and making fun of me for being disabled. They shine a light in the camera to prevent me from documenting them but I grab the light and caught them on camera. So they tried to take my camera and ended up brutally beating me and cutting my expensive military pack off my back with a knife. The cops were no help because they're friends with security. I file reports with the police I was badly hurt. Now the bank has cancelled my account and everyone is lying about who said what.

Lines is a few people short of the door they started with 2 tellers and now it's only one teller. This is ridiculous I leave one bank of America for this very problem to come to another that's exactly the same....bank of America u really need to do something u have a manger just walking around. Open up a damn booth

Every time I’m here it takes about 20 -27 min . To get to the teller , always one or two tellers an there’s 12-14 people waiting. Really bad customer service.

Bad service. 2 people are working when more than 10 people in line. Handicap man got skipped so many times.
