I’ve been coming to the agency for over ten years, when the office was in a car dealership. Since then Alfred and the crew have always been there for me no matter how big or small the issue. I watched this company grow to the powerhouse they are now and they never forget about the customer. They’re always professional and knowledgeable about current and changing tax laws. They helped me with a personal loan when times got tough and now they are helping me and my family get our first house. They also offer credit repair amongst other services. If your looking for professional courteous service the agency is the place to go!

Let’s me start off by saying the customer service is amazing! They always put the customers first! Every time I go I leave satisfied never let me down with anything whatsoever. Great customer service. All the employees always with smiles never been disappointed before. I’ve been getting my taxes done here for a few years! Alfred, Perla and the rest of the staff are so polite and attentive. They make it so convenient getting my taxes done virtually. I moved out of LA county and it was so daunting thinking of finding a new tax preparer. But luckily with The Agency I’ve been able to continue to patronize their business.

I heard about The Agency through a friend and my experience was beyond what I expected. I reached out to Kristie Lopez, and she was and continuous to be super sweet, calm, and clear in communicating with me. She made me feel comfortable and easy for me to get started and worked around my crazy schedule. Once I actually met the team, I knew I made a great decision. Their front staff greeted me so professionally and insisted in catering to make me feel comfortable, even offered me coffee. (Technically they won me there since I'm a coffee addict hahah) I was able to sit down with Danny Franco and Kristie and my sit down experience was very informational and comfortable. Everything was smooth and easy. I was done in a very timely matter that at the end I even wanted to stay longer and file my taxes. I highly recommend The Agency to everyone. I personally needed help with clearing up my credit. They are so amazing that it wasn't even three weeks when I started getting notifications of improved credit and my score is going up rapidly and I get excited to check my score twice a week now vs not wanting to look at it ever! For 20 years we had another company, doing my taxes, very popular, and huge with good reputation of "get it right" but didn't go well with my taxes not taking care properly. This was my first year filing my taxes in this location and honestly words can’t describe how wonderful these people are. They always greet you and assist you as fast as they can. In the waiting room, they have dope novelas and always provide you with a drink. Everyone here is certified and do the best they can to help you in different aspects whether it’s filing for taxes, repair of your credit, loans, etc. Everything they do here is professional.
