GOODFELLAS the movie is my JAM!😎😉anywayzz , So...while my fam and I live out in Vegas I was heading to Cali for a day an needed some assistance with a peleton bike. My husband had called a head of time to see if they could even help us while we had called 2 other shops prior who just straight told us NO. My husband spoke with Armin ( please excuse the mis spelling ☺️) the OWNER , and he said well just come on down and we will see what we can do! Already VERY FRIENDLY over the phone!! We got there and HONESTLY.... They were nothing short of PERFECT!!! VERY KIND and HELPFUL!!! His Daughter was VERY LOVELY as well☺️ Patricia was a DOLL🥰the loan terms were AWESOME no interest for the FIRST 30 DAYS WHAAA!!🤯🤗 Pawn shops out in Vegas definitely don't offer that!! My husband and i needed cash due to hard times. I searched pawn shops near me and the first one that came out was Goodfellas Pawn Shop. We immediately drove down there. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and greeted by two super nice young ladies. While there we also met the owner who was also very helpful and polite. They explained everything well and to the point. Overall we are very satisfied with the customer service we received. We were in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Found goodfellas pawn shop on Instagram and was able to see their inventory which was up to date , and if I had any questions I messaged them and they responded quickly! I made time to go in and see the items I was interested in and ended up getting a ysl clutch for a good price and it even came with a certification that it’s real . The customer service was great instore as well , the lady showed me different items they had and were nice enough to clean my wedding ring 😊 so nice of them, will definitely be coming back .

Goodfellas in West Covina is an excellent pawnshop. They have worthy items that are useful and interesting. And they negotiate good prices. Very versatile inventory and a clean store. I ran into a financial bind when a family member passed away so I decided to sell an item of mine and what faster way than a pawn shop.! Right! Although I was skeptical about doing so because I have heard a lot of negative feed back about pawn shops from friends and family. When I arrived, I was clueless as to what to expect since it was my first time pawning anything. I was assisted by Ana who was very knowledge and knew what she was doing. She explained every part of the process and actually was able to get me more than what I had expected. The best part was that I was given enough time with reasonable interest to be able to regain my item once again. She was patient with me while I asked many questions and kindly answered all of them. Upon completing my paperwork, Patricia also assisted me and was also very kind. If I ever need to pawn anything this is definitely the place I’ll come to, no questions asked.

This pawnshop has come in clutch many times when I’m short on funds. I dread having to sell my things for extra cash when I know I will regret it in the end. Good thing I found these guys. Now I dont have to worry about selling. I just come and get a loan for my items, and then buy them back before the interest hits. Patricia was really helpful with the process as well.

Goodfellas is the best pawn shop I’ve ever dealt with. They are extremely fair with loan amounts and the staff and the owner are extremely knowledgeable about the products they take in for loan. They make things easy and have a reminding system that does not allow you to forget on time payments.. the location is clean and you don’t feel unsure of doing business with them… I highly recommend this place. 8/13/21. Called in today and spoke to Paola. Inquired about pawning some of my stuff (jewelry, designer wallet and my apple watch). Due to the ongoing pandemic and loss of work hours I decided to pawn in order to pay my rent and upcoming bills. Upon arriving, I received the best customer service anyone can offer both from the staff and the family members. Also the fair amount of money for all of the stuff I pawned. I've known the owner since 2 years ago coz my co-worker recommended him. My stuff were secured and I have 5 months to pick it up once I needed it back. Usually other pawnshops offer 3 months only that's why I was surprised. I have enough time to prioritize my upcoming bills and just save up to get my stuff back. First month with them is 0% interest.
