    I was in the branch to send money when the lady in front of me started screaming at the girl in the window because she didn’t have enough to cash her check. She stormed off saying they never have money. The girl in the window was trying to give her other options but the lady was not having it. When she helped me she apologized for her customer and was very sweet and helped me out. I’m giving four stars because Monses was amazing at handling that rude customer.
