Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) E Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock

Line literally coiling around the lobby with one teller at the counter and some dink in a pink shirt just stood there acting like nobody in the building wanted to know why he's good enough to greet us, but not good enough to get behind the counter and start helping the lone teller. Eventually, a second teller showed up, but the dink in the pink still stood there doing quite literally *nothing*. Protip: waiting customers don't want to see employees standing around with their thumbs up their butts. If he's so useless that all he's good for is greetings, then maybe keep him out of the lobby at the very least.

Extremely bad bank (1900 E. Palm Valley Round Rock). Long lines. Zero telephone answer. No managers ever available. They put a 7 day hold on a cashier's check from a bank just blocks away. Then managed to lose the funds. I saved my receipts. Now 1 1/2 MONTHs and the money has not been returned to me. Excuses and little else.

Had a great experience with this branch! Opened a checking account and a secured credit card without SSN

I absolutely hate going to this branch location but it is convenient for me sometimes because I live in Hutto.. The teller is absolutely rude and talks loud enough so that everyone in new York city can hear!!! . Went to another branch off of 35, was greeted with integrity and they took care of me with a smile. Do avoid this location if you can help it!

11/31/21, I have tried calling B of A Pine Valley Center several times this morning and I cannot get any representative on the phone. I am requesting a refund from the Palm Valley Bank of America due to Wells Fargo Bank charge of $50 for return of a wire sent to the wrong account by a Bank of America representative. on 11/26/21.

Went here to get a fix on the mobile rejected check. No one from this branch ever know how to handle or verify a valid PNC endorsement. First told me to bring the mail where the insurance check has been reviewed and accortep. Keep telling me it need a stamp wherein PNC never have bank stamp and not all bank has stamp. How did BOA train their stuffs with this misinformation?

The customer service is horrible. Each time I come in to make a simple deposit, I have to wait more than 30 min in a line as only one teller is available to assist. I don’t know why anyone would bank at BOA as it is the same in all locations.

I understand now why people are giving bad reviews to this branch. Some staff doesn’t really listen to the customers and just pretend to actually listen. They don’t even verify informations before proceeding to the process. I came to this branch because I needed to withdraw and get the money that day but due to their mistake, I was not able to get the money I needed that day until three days later and they said there is nothing they can do about it because it was already being processed. Not using them for any of my business anymore. Something to consider.

Bank of America is now requiring all employees to have a medical intervention or be fired. This is a clear breech of our freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution. My family and I will no longer continue supporting this corporation.

Avoid bank of America if you can! I dislike B of A with passion! This particular branch is a joke! One 1 teller on Saturday! The sheer laziness of the other workers and management are staggering! I know they'll never ever resolve this issue, cause they don't care about customer service in any way shape or form!
