Bank of America Financial Center Macarthur Blvd, Oakland

Every time I come here the line is very long. Today it was 17 people deep with two tellers who didn't seem interested in clearing the line out. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt but this is pretty consistent.

Line is always long because there is only one teller working. 5 Windows... one teller. Everybody else is sitting at their desk doing nothing. I hate coming here, but there’s no choice.

There is always a lot of paper and garbage around the ATMs. When I complained to the teller, I was told that they took garbage cans away because people were dumping their personal garbage in the B of A cans. Instead of bringing in more containers, they removed them. It's a filthy mess and clearly not what you would expect from B of A. The inside line is always long and they rarely add a teller.

This BofA had me waiting forever when I tried to make a withdrawal, and didn't bother to give me my card and ID back The lines are long, not enough tellers who are dismissive and inconsiderate This branch needs a serious revaluation

I do not not frequent this bank, however today I chose to reconnect with a banker who presented himself as knowledgeable on my last visit. Turns out Jack Chen was not very knowledgeable and had to look to the banks Manager Janett Nero. Janett provided misguided and incorrect information to her associate. I was then told she would assist. Janett approach me aggressively and rudely to assist me. Janett accused me of recording her with my phone that was not in my hands but rather placed on the desk. Janett became very hostel and shortly after told me that she was uncomfortable assisting me and that she would not. I was treated unfairly unjustifiably and told to go somewhere else. After being treated like this, the associate Jack Chen would no hardly look at me and refused services as well, stating he has to follow the manager’s lead. I would also like to add that the last time I came into this particular branch Janett was engaging in an altercation with another customer. This seems to be her management style, being rude and aggressive. I have filed a complaint.

I’m changing bank for sure This branch is terrible, 2 tellers for a bunch of customers and the fat security you guys have is so rude, hate this place

Whoever staffs this bank has no regard for the needs of the costumers. It doesn’t matter when you go there’s always a long line due to a lack of tellers.

This place just doesn't work if you want to lose your time this is the right place this bankers don't know what they are doing

Worst customer service ever. No help at all. worst experience ever in a bank. I went to chase bank and it didnt even take a min for them to help me. Nit coming back to this Location again

Always a line. The lady managing the bank needs to be taught customer service. I've seen customers cuss her out for standing around and doing nothing about long lines
