People in the branch is really working hard even through its the covid peiod of time and they are short of staffs. But they tried their best to help us to take care of our needs. We arrived early today to be in the line and Alberto helped us on our documents. He is really patient and detail oriented as well. We are really happy with their professional service in the branch.

Need more tellers people wait in line for so long and only 2 working need more people working really bad

30 people in line, 2 teller windows open, why not spend the entire morning standing in line? This place has 4 guys making sure people are standing in the right place and 2 tellers. What a horrible bank branch. Avoid at all costs

Worst Bank of America.. in the bay area.. Everytime I come here there's always more than 10 people in the line. They have no respect for other peoples time. And business counter doesn't open till 10am? WTF?

I been treated fairly at this branch. I use mobility scooter 🛵 and so far they have not said anything about my scooters I just got a new bigger size scooter 🛵 hope in God they treat me the same way. The teller's always attend me at the disabled window after 3 customers The security guard out side he is always friendly

Wow. This place IS mad slow. Even if you have an appointment and arrive early, expect to wait awhile

Very good experience here opening a new account. We made an appointment for 11:30 on a Friday morning, we were greeted and taken back at 11:25. The relationship manager that helped us was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She walked us through the process with ease and helped us understand everything that was going on. The location is great, free parking and it was clean and tidy. Excellent customer service from both the tellers and the relationship manager. They treated us like we mattered. I see other people saying that it is very crowded, and that can be the case, with sometimes a wait in line for 45 minutes, in that case, sometimes you just have to plan ahead, and understand that other people have the same right as you do to have customer service. Chill out and be lucky you have enough money to go to the bank, LOL Thank you so much.

This place is extremely crowded mostly at the end of the day starting up to 1-2 hrs before closing. The line to tellers is a 45 minute wait some days and even to the ATM machines, which they close outside at night by 8pm for some strange reason, making late night deposits or withdrawals or banking not possible, have long lines and inconveniences. There is no one standing around to see if anyone needs help or assistance, even with their in bank staff. I hate coming here. This is THE worst Bank of America bank I have been to across the country.

Long waits for rude tellers. Screaming children always. Should be a daycare instead. Extremely racist bank. If you aren't a mexican, you will be looked over and made to wait longer. Nothing but illegal immigrants using the US bank system to send money to Mexico.
