Only 2 bank tellers on a Saturday before 12p with 30+ customers waiting in line. There definitely should be more coverage to help customers move through the line more expediently. After looking at all the reviews this seems to be a normal experience for customers here.

The service I received today absolutely deserves 5 stars. I showed up to do a wire transfer to Canada which is a somewhat complex process. Despite my frustrations and lack of knowledge, the Manager and Assistant Manager didn’t just tolerate my curtness, they dug deep and won me over with their great attitudes AND excellent service. They were clear, patient, helpful and courteous - and they define why I bank here. I can confidently say the team at this branch is there for you when you need them and I’d recommend this branch to family, friends and strangers all day, everyday. 👍 I left the branch feeling better about my day than when I arrived, and that’s because of them. 🙂

After waiting for a HOUR to cash a check you would expect them to say sorry for the wait or something. Then charge me $8 to cash a check written from their own bank. That takes testis. Then have to get manager approval for a check that was under a 1g. Felt like I was waiting in a line at splash mountain but Disneyland at least you get better customer service.

Called their customer service. I was told I could get a call back when someone was able to talk to me and wouldn't lose my place in line. They called back, it rang, I got a machine that told me no one could talk to me, and I lost my place in line. Need to fix that. Don't call me when someone is ready to talk if no one is ready to talk time 1:50 PST.

My experience was 5+ star. Yes the line was long and 2 tellers at the window . The they kept the line moving pretty well. 2 thumbs up for great service!!

Awful customer service. All I wanted to do is close an account. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes just for them to tell me that they’re not sure why I was told to wait in the first place because my account is new & they couldn’t even help me if they wanted to. Waste of time. Staff aren’t knowledgeable or attentive. You are better off going somewhere else.

Met with Alex Montgomery and opened a business checking account. Alex was a very nice guy to work with. We ordered a unique debit card design to distinguish from out other checking account. Wrong color cards were sent in the mail. No way to correct online. Hour wait for BofA customer service Phone line after being funneled through an endless series if computer voice prompts. Called the branch where we sat across from Alex a week ago and they said no Alex works there. And of course, they could not re-order the right cards over the phone. They recommended we make another in-branch appointment to correct. Appointment took over an hour last time. And of course the branch that used to be open on Saturdays that’s 1 minute away from my home is now closed on Saturdays, if we want an open branch it’s now a drive across town. Horrible customer experience.....

A skimmer was installed on the ATM at this location. Had almost $2,000 stolen off of my card. Was told I couldn't deal with this in person and I needed to call the fraud phone number. I proceeded to call fraud support line and was sent to a voicemail that is full/cannot accept new messages after being left on hold for an hour. I've filed a police report for the time being and will be contacting every local news outlet regarding this.

Ankita Maitra deserves a raise for her incredible customer service skills. Wait time usually varies depending on what time you go in, but it’s nothing compared to Oxnard. Very professional location, I usually hate going in banks, but they make it easy.

Horrible customer service. I came here to cash my check. Due to the kind of check it has to be verified before cashing. So i go to the teller and let her know i need it verified. Mind you there were about 7 people waiting in chairs for assistance and 3 people at desks who all had customers already. The manager..oh she was walking the floor talking to whatever coworker passed her.ok so the teller finally gets the managers attn. and begins to tell her that alls i needed was a verification and due to the amount of people in the lobby was there any way it could be verified without waiting the hour it was going to take. So the manager who was chatting it up walking around says NO we can't verify it she has to wait the hour until all the other 7 people get helped. Fyi it takes 2 minutes to verify a check but i had to wait an hour.i still don't know why the manager couldn't put her skills to use but she didn't and i walked out telling them how horrible their customer service was.the manager just stuck her nose up n sneered.i ended up going to Oxnard B of A and a lady came over rite away n asked the 3 of us waiting what we needed help with n those that could b helped asap were helped so that they didn't have to sit there n wait. I was one of those people.She took my check n id and had it verified. When that was done she walked me up to the teller.i did not have to wait in line. Great customer service Oxnard. They might want to retrain the mngr. In Camarillo on customer service seems she forgot about the basics as she climbed the ladder. Dumb biotch. That's it.
