I recently had $3k worth of items stolen from my vehicle. in reaching out to local pawn shops to see if my items were trying to be sold, I reached out to Mills first. I was told by an employee over the phone that they don't take the types of items I was looking for. I then asked if anyone had recently TRIED to bring those items in to them, the man I was speaking to huffed in annoyance and was not friendly in our departure. Sorry to have taken up your time, sir.

Danny at Mills Jewelry & Loan has been such a huge help in off loading unused handbags, luggage, and jewelry. I was skeptical going in, having terrible experiences with other businesses in the past…but his professional manner, knowledge, and forthright nature brought me comfort. Not only is he fair, he cares. He welcomes inquires (I’ve sent him several texts, at no financial gain to him) and he never makes me feel ridiculous, no matter the question. I recently dropped off several rings to be sized and post earrings to be made into dangles, he regularly updated me on the status until everything was completed, (and gave me credit for any scrap gold). Pretty much he’s the kind of man you’d want to take home to your Mother!

I brought in two rings to be re-sized for my upcoming engagement. Both bands were originally owned by my great Grandmother. Mill's did a fantastic job on the cleaning and resizing. They also had a great system that let me know the minute they were ready to be picked up. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back in the future!

My father's ring was stolen and I wanted to talk to them about seeing if it was pawned there and They turned very hostile and rude and I think it's their duty as a pawn shop to help people that have had items stolen. I wasn't asking them for money honey er I was willing to even pay for the ring if it was still there. But this man was so rude to me that I'm gonna tell everyone right now to avoid this place at all cost. The horrible perit's the horrible. The worst customer service ever

Danny at Mills gives you an honest estimate and provides better than expected results. I had my wife’s cracked gold wedding ring repaired (purchased decades ago from a jeweler in San Diego), with fair warning that soldering repairs might not be as good as original. I was given a very low estimated cost. The ring Danny returned to me looks better than when originally purchased. It fits perfectly and is solid as the original. He charged no more than the original low estimate. I walked out more pleasantly satisfied than could have expected. Don’t just take my word for it; go visit Danny!

This was my second visit to Mills Jewelers. This visit I took my daughters bracelet in to have charms added to it. I had confidence in Danny’s work from my prior experience to leave such a sentimental piece of jewelry with him, and once again I was NOT disappointed. The bracelet looks amazing and can’t wait for my daughter to open it on Christmas.

Took my gold rope chain in to Mills to get shortened. I can’t even tell it was worked on. Looks like it did when I first bought it. They did outstanding work and at a great price. I highly recommend them for your jewelry needs.
