They took possession of my Lexus after it was 90% paid off. I had just lost my son, his funeral stuff was still in the car when they took it. Thank God the tow company was sympathetic enough to let me gather my belongings without paying their standard $50 fee. I was completely broke at the time because I just couldn’t return to work after my son’s death. No car and I’m still paying for this 3 years later.

Horrible service , customer team. Doesnt answer calls keep you on wainting for hours and the machine tells you taht youre the first to third person wainting. So in all day they cant help 3 to 10 people what do they even get paid for Hated this company we paid and still didnt get our car yet

They dont answer calls , keep people on waiting for hours , we paid and were calling to see when and where could we pick ip the car and they never answer so far Workers are not professional and lack communication among themselves everyone knows uour case and no one can help uou they just transfer you to the next person and the same repeats

Too bad I can't give more STARS. Not going to lie trying to pay off my car 100% was a big headache but over all my experience with them was great! I always paid on time and the very few times my payment was declined due to me not updating my card, they worked with me and understood. Not once was I threatened with getting my car taken, so as I read other reviews... there was obviously a reason for that... my experience was definitely great. Everyone always so kind and helpful. I will forever appreciate freeway funding, when no one else was willing to give me a chance because of my credit, they were there and never not once did they pester me or bother me about car payments anytime I called with a minor issue they always helped me out. Lisa was such a great help amd always so kind!!! Thank you freeway funding, you guys were great but not going to lie I'm relived I won't have to deal with you guys but only because that means I no longer have my car loan 🥰🥰 you guys are doing a great JOB!!!!

This place is pathetic and does not work with you. Waits until you pay 90% of the car off to screw you over and try and repo it for missing one payment late. Then they work with tow companies to implement 3 day periods you have to wait to Inflate the price hoping you don't get the car back, meanwhile they charge you for daily storage of your vehicle they took.

SCAMMERS AVOID ! I can’t give 0 stars but I should be able to for this horrible company they didn’t answer for months and then repoed when I was 90% paid off. I’ve seen multiple reviews wish I would of seen them before to avoid these scammers

If I can leave 0 starts I'd leave 0 stars. WORST lending company you can have. Stay far far far away from this place. They will rob you for your money blind. ALSO if your 1 or 2 days late they are dam near already gonna send a tow truck to pick your car up. Worst customer service. I am so happy to finally pay my car off this month.

Never willing to help the customer. I was in the hospital and they weren't willing to give me any more time without slapping a late fee. I've never been late. Almost have the car paid off, but no help whatsoever. Don't think they will be willing to help you out any, because they don't. Any fees they can add, they'll add. It's very true about them being money hungry and lack of communication between the employees. My payment due on the 10th and by the 11th they are texting and calling me up to 3 times a day. You are not "late" for 10 days, but they start harassing you the day after. That is just ridiculous! This is one of the worst companies I've ever had a loan with. Maybe someone out there will have a much better experience. Good luck!

I don’t see why they got 2 stars out of 100 reviews I financed my first car through them with horrible credit, The lady’s that answer the phone are completely nice and helpful. Would definitely prefer another loan with them.

This company is by far the ABSOLUTE worst company i have ever had to deal with. if i can give you any advice it would be to refinance with another company ASAP! they have poor customer service and are constantly adding fees anywhere they can, this company is a huge scam and i would never recommend them to anyone! this is the worst company ive ever had to deal with -100/100

If I could rate them zero stars I would. They charged me 80 dollars for not having insurance when I did in fact have insurance. They refused to give me a refund. They said if I wanted a refund of the 80 dollars I had to dispute the payment with my bank to get a full refund but if I did that they would put my account in the red and charge me late fees. Good luck even getting anyone on the phone to begin with it took me an entire week and at least 20 phone calls a day and leave voicemails (which not one person replied to) to even reach anyone and when you are lucky enough to even reach someone they’re rude! Like excuse me for wanting my money back that I was wrongly charged??? After I pay this car off I will never use them ever again. Never use this company. Listen to the reviews! They will literally charge you fee after fee even if you have insurance and good luck getting a refund your choices are to dispute with your bank and then be charged late fees or to just let them have the money.

Since the first day I'm been dealing with this unprofessional people work there thats the worst company lack of communication, them thought own the world. If their really have the heart to work with people, shouldn't them have the whole bad reviews ,yeah exactly hungry of money that's all, nothing about customer service support at all . Hope the owner of this company not supported the behavior of his employees. Rated the one star ,the otherwise doesn't let me post my review

They have hight interests and lack of helpful suggestions for their customers. Just trying to help other unfortunate people. They do, however, help you get extentions and answer your calls. Just know what you get yourselves into. Cuidado con el interes alto. Asesorense.
