    I almost didn’t turn up for our appointment after reading the reviews here. But glad we did anyway. There was ample parking. Everyone from the greeter to the teller seems nice and the specialist, Bahar, who helped us open an account was very professional and friendly.

    Very veryyy slow always, 3 people to welcome you but only one teller, don’t care what time or day you read this. They recommend to use the app but works slow and bad as the real persons

    This location service time is pretty bad. Not suggesting. Only 1 teller window working on a limited hrs day(Saturday). I had to wait more than 30 min just to exchange $100 bill for $1 bills. I see few ppl before me left because of wait time. Editing my original review because there is no option to respond to owners response Dear Owner, please read my review properly. I had to visit the bank to exchange $100 for $1 bills but you responded to use ATM or mobile app. ATM gonna dispense $1 bill?

    Had a really great experience with the greeter and customer service at this location. They asked what I needed help with as soon as I walked in the door.

    I want to know how you're going to have a few people working inside, the front door open but the inside gate shut with no sign just some worker yelling at you that they don't have any tellers. And I've tried calling several times to double check if there was tellers before I left with no answer. If nobody's there being a teller why can't they answer the phone?

    Absolute joke of a branch. I came in to cash in a personal check which required the manager to do some sort of verification process - check was for an insignificant amount of money. I waited 40 mins while their manager was lolligagging and finally got to it - after I complained twice. She was claiming that the check was fraudulently written - with no explanation as to why - now I have to contact the person who wrote the check and inconvenience them to contact B of A customer service due to her extremely unfounded claim. I do not suggest coming to this location, but I highly suggest B of A corporate to do some restructuring of your awful management here.

    Not accommodating whatsoever ever. No directions when you arrive into the bank. No one greeting clients incoming and out going. The greeter was on her phone. During my visit there were 3 tellers, one greeter and a total of 4 clients in the bank. Horrible experience overall, exactly why I do not have an account with BOA. I had to come in and try to cash a check that was issued to me. That has proven to be a difficult task.

    I had the best experience here. The teller is only one. But I was the only one. The teller is so friendly. After i finished, i met with Bahar. She is so helpful with my complicated case. She guided me step by step. I really appreciate what she has done. The manager is so nice and helpful. I would recommended this BoA. Don’t forget to make an appointment so you don’t need to wait long.

    Difficulty finding parking since Mall patrons feel entitled to used BOA parking lot. Unreasonably long wait times The banking center manager, Deisy, is unfriendly. There is always a shortage of staff, and the lack of service is unfair to clients. If you find you end up getting good service, consider it an anomaly because they are inconsistent.

    Out of all the B Of A's I go to, it is always the longest wait! never less than 15 min. when there is a line that stretches out to Stevens Creek, Should be all hands on deck! My Favorite is the one in Los Gatos, even when there is a line, I am out in under 8 minutes and sometimes in and out! Maybe because if there seems to be a wait, the person on the floor takes a station and knocks it out! So a "1" for customer service!!
