In general the tellers are very friendly and they did their job exactly. However, they were not enough in sometimes. v.v So please consider it. At the last time, Five Customers made a line, however, there was only one clerk were in the Counter.

Went at the beginning of this week that is ending, and have very poor customer service. Our teller was Tyler, and he was rude, he didn't cash the check we had because according to him, none of the firms coincided, it was a check from a big construction company, that by the way is in charge of building the new Hiccups Restaurant and Tea House, so it wasn't any builder. We didn't deposit the check cause not all of it was ours, we had to pay to other providers from it, customer gave just one check for several providers, under our name. Because of service like this we don't bank anymore with Bank of America, tired of their rudeness.

I am closing my account just because of the behavior of the employees at this branch which made me not to trust/depend on Bank of America ever in my life again. This Branch is so working for themselves but not to serve the customers. The branch manager is worst at the most that I have never ever saw in my life. She is so self centered with pre concluded mind set about the customer. She is so offending. They didn't let me withdraw my own money from my checking account which is in available balance (Literally Available). This people working here has no motive in solving but on making things complicated. Manager and the employees here say that they feel suspicious about the available balance in my account because they see two immediate deposits in my account. They say all this silly stories like ' your average monthly balance is $xxxx and your paycheck is not the same amount every month' (well you dumbo how are you so un educated and uncivilized that you can't understand people get hike in the salaries). They can't trust the two different deposits of same amount on same day when I wanted to withdraw certain amount from my available balance (ON TOP I SHOWED THEM BOTH THE DEPOSIT SLIPS to PROVE That the deposits are actually happened) All I decided is to close my Bank of America account permanently(blame goes to branch manager and tellers on loosing a valuable customer) The reason I changed my direct deposit account from bofa to other bank is because of bad customer service and delay processing. But now after this new experience (insane) with this branch manager and her employees with so unprofessional in service. I am totally putting down Bank of America. THATS MY MONEY, MY HARD EARNED MONEY. And I told them how important that withdrawal is to me and how emergency it is to me. I can't even explain my anxiety while dealing with them. Can't even put in words of how unhappy I AM. That's not your money Bank of America that's my HARD EARNED MONEY.😁😁😁😁

Worst Bank of America!! Never enough tellers and the merchant teller was MIA as I was left to wait for 15 minutes before being told to get in another line!!

Long lines Horrible service had me waiting 45mins to cancelled my card like who does that No communication between staff Wouldnt recommend this place at all

Worst customer service - This is in general review for Bank of America and not for this branch . I wanted to open an new account and of all banks Bank of America was my first priority . I tried calling their customer care number from their website but there is no option for opening account for new customers. It keeps on asking existing account number details or customer details. I got fed up and changed my mind to open account with other bank . Thanks guys for forcing me to open account in other bank .

I regret choosing this location for my account. I usually visited the branch when it's necessary. However, every time (different times and days) I visited this location, the waiting line always had 10+ customers and only 1 or 2 tellers were working. It's extremely frustrated because the bank staffs didn't seems to care about the long waiting line or there's an urgency of need for more tellers!

It was terrible. I waited in line for 40 minutes because there was like 10 people in line and only one teller. Just go to a different Bank of America. Or just switch to Chase

HORRIBLE SERVICE PLZ DONT COME HERE TOOK 45 min to make deposit and cashier check crazy slow employees makes everybody slow

Can't believe the long wait been in the waiting area for over a hour not enough employees especially on the weekends which is the most important for customers who can only arrive at that time.
