My experience with them has been very consistent I appreciate them and especially the customer service agent Letty who works at this location! Shes fast and efficient and great to deal with. Needed cash fast for bills/gas and had other cash advance places turn me down because my bank account was online only and couldn’t get a physical check and had two debit accounts for banking and one for direct deposit but they were still able to help me out got cash in hand less than 15 minutes! Went in to apply and have been waiting with the employer for 2 hours for a phone call from the lander in the office and no one called till this time and it been 8 hours now and counting. SMH

i went in about a week ago, been trying to leave a review but couldn't find the page to do so. I'm glad i did find it, Letty is the woman who was working the day i came in. let me tell you, she is AWESOME. She's quick, she knows how to provide customer service and knows what she is doing. Ask her anything about Advance America, she knows the answer. I'm sure others who work there are great at their Job as well. However, Letty is the BEST! Thank You Letty for helping me out that day and getting a loan for me! i honestly never write reviews, but once i left the office from getting a loan, i had to let people know to come in and see for yourself. Letty is the Greatest!
