Was at the branch to open a checking account and also avail of the new offer for $500 when you deposit $50k. Also was traveling in coming weeks so wanted to get a new credit card with no international fees. Saw only 1 teller working while waiting for 30 mins, no one offered to help. This is not the right bank for me so I walked out.

I was there this morning around 9:40. The manager named mathew was treating one of the customer ridiculously. The manager threatened to close customer account for no reason. Theres a possibility that it will happen to us as well. The manager at this branch needs to be reviewed for this behavior to customer. please take action to him.

I am sorry to say this but your employee from this branch rosa velez its very rude and treating people aggressively, she does this with intention to make you wait and she is answering back in a disrespectful manner. I am a customer of this bank for over 10 years, and employees like this they need to be evaluated for their behavior . It is the second time this happen to me and I am treated with disrespect by this agent. Please resolve the issue as other branch employee are great and this employee is like a stain to your business.

The agent I made an appointment with was late more than 10 minutes. Nathan at the front desk has no manners, anger issues, not accountability, accused me of being late when I was there before the bank opened. He raised his voice, gave me a horrible attitude. Another service I needed, the guy never got back to me. Better and more responsible people are needed.

After my excellent previous experience with Lina and Diana, I convinced my fiancé to open an account in this bank, but unfortunately the teller Melissa Rodriguez couldn’t help him like I thought. She didn’t explain the different accounts they have, no details of benefits, no suggestions for saving account, and anything about credit cards. So I had to explain to my fiancé all of this because I opened an account and got a credit card two months before. Is that my job? The worst is that she was asking personal questions in the middle of the line, in front of other clients, so unprofessional. I felt so disappointed cause the result of this experience was extremely negative.

They added more hours instead of more tellers so now one person has to work hard by themselves for longer! More tellers you won't need the extra hours.

This branch is the worst ever they open at 9am which means you're supposed to be ready to take customers at that time but instead there's nobody at the counter and or still counting the draws. This is by far the worst bank I have ever walk in.
