Best pawn shop staff anywhere. Good stuff, good turnover, Vanessa and Dorkas are reasonable, smart and courteous. All equipment is well-tested (I've looked at many items) and I have never regretted a transaction with this store.

I have done business with this company as a fellow pawnbroker. They treated me very fairly and were respectful. We made some great deals on inventory that I did not have in my pawn shops in South Florida so I was pleased to get the inventory I needed for my customers. I also visited their store on 14th street the last time I was in Manhattan and it was set up perfectly for a NYC pawn shop. They closed early, roughly 15mins before. Pleaded that I started a new job, and needed the extra cash because I had my wallet stolen and had one piece of jewelry to possibly do a collateral loan because I got paid in two days from today. I wanted to come back for it because its too sentimental to sell. The issue is I live in NJ. A female cashier told me there was nothing she could do behind a glass screen. And then recommended a shop nearby but could tell me the details. While I understand that my issue isn't hers, they should update their hours of operation if they fully intend to close early. And in the case of an emergency, in the case where I told her I can be stranded with no money or means to go anywhere, and shrug and an apologetic smile isn't enough. If I make it home, I'm definitely coming back once paid to speak to her and her manager. Within operating hours of course. Pray for me.

Solid place lots of interesting items for sale here. Seems like they take a lot of different items. I was able to get a fast cash loan on my guitar. It was quick and simple all I needed was my item and Id. I got 200 bucks. And it's easy to payback. I love the App too.

An awesome little pawn shop in Sunnyside with all kinds of cool stuff. They always seem to have a wide variety of music equipment and guitars available for really good prices. The staff was very nice, and Dorkas gave me a great price on what I wanted.

Rip off, totally useless! So I walk in the door, they got the tv @ max volume & I show dude my new in the box 3/8” air impact gun. “O that’s not worth anything, show me what else you got”. I said no if you don’t are not wiling to give me a price for this there’s no need to continue with you. I think they are accustom to dealing with drug addicts that are willing to sell for pennies on the dollar or worse pray on the poor or people in need. Do yourself a favor, don’t be a victim, sell your stuff directly to the buyer w/o a middleman. These people are not good humans.
