As with any other entity, the rating is based on the quality of service offered not by the entity itself but by their employees. Here, Ms. Daniela Egues was absolutely outstanding. She spent almost 1hout past the time of closing hours (1 pm on Saturdays) ensuring that I understood all the features of online banking and explaining the options of linking on line accounts and all the details a customer would hope to come to expect, but unfortunately not many entities see this as of value anymore, or have lost this important business model in their day to day operations. Great job Daniela!

I went this bank for opening a new credit card. My experience was great! Rahul helped me with the all steps and documents. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional.

All the staff are helpful and patient. They are following all precautions due to COVID-19 and reopened recently.

Only wire transaction they were asking me to wait for one hour, it was not busy but still they told me to wait, don’t want to visit this location again
