The branch seems to have all kinds of staff on hand on busy day but only one teller, and if the people in front of you have a complicated transaction, you could be there for a while. And they get upset if you want to actually deposit a check and not use the app. I had a question regarding something, but with the long wait and upset looking staff I just left. As a wealth management customer who has all his bank, credit, investment accounts with Bank of America/and Merrill, I expect better customer service.

Most pathetic experience in my 12yrs of banking with BoA. Today, they made me wait for 35min despite having an appointment stating that the concerned person is 'on break'. Why schedule appointment then?! Adding to the pain is that they couldn't notarize a simple document like a passport copy. Not that they are NOT able to, it is just their policy. Another instance where associate read out policy line rather than applying common sense. I was tired and gave up on them.

Only 1 teller working at a time with all the people in line, every other employee sitting around, management not "managing" at all. Only good thing is plenty of free parking. --- Update 2018: Branch has improved, management much better in the past year or so. Still only 1-2 tellers at a time, but it's much less stressful to go here now. Recently been renovated, too. Free parking outside, sometimes long lines for ATM.

Absolutely slow, I had to wait to cash my check like 15 minutes for no reason same thing happened to my dad like what is going on? Why do I have to spend 40 minutes of my time here just for this bank to identify 1 check, stupid asf, do not stop at this bank for anything

This BOA is absolutely WORST. They only have 1 person working, the manager is walking around, not doing anything. They have staff but I guess they are too good to help with deposits. If it wasn’t close to my work, I would not come here.

I have been a customer of BOFA for many years now and I have had one great experience after another. But this time, it is different- my experience has just been beyond great. Hanan Sawan is an extraordinary consultant. Not only is she friendly and welcoming, but also knowledgable and goes by the book. She expresses her disagreements in a professional manner and very respectfully so. Ever since I met Hanan, I have been a better informed consumer and that lead me to thinking about how she can help my friends and family with their finances. For the 5th time since I met Hanan, 4 months ago, I am going to go see her tomorrow with a 3rd member of my family. We are grateful for all that she has helped with and educated us on setting financial goals and how we can save for all our financial needs.

I hate to do bad reviews but this bank deserves it. I used to bank with them but changed my tune quickly. First off, they charged fees that didn't belong and trying to get that cleaned up was messy. After dealing with the head aches, I walked into the bank one day to close out both of my accounts, the guy walked me to the door and basically would not let me. I got pissed and insisted on seeing the manager. I had a nice long talk with the manager and told him how much I would not recommend this bank and that what their teller did was wrong. It was like a hotel California experience. Your welcome but you may never leave. Never again!

Long lines, surly tellers, two tellers doing absolutely nothing despite the line, and so comically evil they charged me $8 to cash a check written on one of their own BOA business accounts. If this is your bank, do yourself a favor and get a REAL bank less interested in screwing you - they're out there, and way better than this.

I spent approximately hour and half to cancel a cashiers check for them to eventually tell me that they can’t cancel the check for another month. I feel like that’s something they should’ve known from the get-go

There is no sign in front of this bank/building letting anyone know this place exists. Furthermore, the ATMs are not in the bank, but in a glassed in area BEHIND it. To add insult to injury, there is only a small 12" label affixed to the inside glass stating that the area is ATMs, which is quite invisible from the parking lot. This location is working very hard to hide itself from customers.
