Bank of America Financial Center Palladio Pkwy, Folsom

Made an appointment fir a name change and still waiting 25 minutes later and waited almost 10 minutes to even be acknowledged in the lobby. This is a terrible branch location. Waste of my time and my family has 6 accounts!

Terrible attitude. I went in to open a business account for my corporation on Oct16,2018 at 09:40 a.m. The blond lady in far end middle room just told me that she just got in, and she turned her monitor to show that her system is not up yet. She had a terrible attitude, and she told me that she has a meeting at 11:00, but she will see if she can open an account for me. At that moment she placed a booklet infront of me and said that I can choose between these two accounts without even looking at me. I asked her that if the bank has programs or accounts for veterans, and she said, "What?" , and I replied my question. Then she said no we don't have any of that type accounts. At that momonet I just stood up and told her that I need to talk with my partners, and I left. This is terrible customer service. She needs training. I beleiev that the managment needs to address this terrible attitude. Hope this review helps her to change her attitude.

This location has a terrible service, they are very slow and they always have a 1 cashier

The people are always nice and very helpful.

Used this location for my recent home refinance and I strongly recommend them. We had an overall great experience with Tammy. She helped us understand the process, structured us with a loan to fit our needs, and worked in a very timely organized fashion.

Having most of your branches closed is getting tiresome...not to mention only having one teller. I’ve been a customer for over 35 years and I find dealing with this bank very difficult. As far as I’m concerned they should give the tellers a raise and tell everyone else to go home.
