Great service. Text message communication throughout the repair process. Repairs were done in a timely manner (faster than appointments are even available at other places). My car was delivered to my front door since I didn't have a way back to the shop AND vacuumed and washed. I will use them again.

Wonderful customer service! Brought my truck in after getting rear ended on the freeway (yikes) but thankfully all I needed was a new bumper and minor body damage repair. Service was quick and my truck looked better than before. 10/10 would recommend!

I have used them before and this was a difference job but both times I’ve been more than satisfied and very professional very courteous and very informative I would recommend Caliber Collison to anyone! This was on my car insurance and they came underbid other entities and still very complete

I gave your customer service a one because there wasn't a lower rating. All repairs were not complete and I will return with one vehicle to have finished. The other the service manager refused to admit and was completely unaware of what work was done on the vehicles repaired, denying work was reported. When I returned to the office and showed her where it was written she had no response other to say I'll have them check that. The work was done with reluctance and an attitude. Before picking up both vehicles I asked the front desk if they would be washed before I pick them up. I was informed we always wash the cars before they are picked up. One vehicle had bird dropping on the hood and windshield the other had a layer of dirt all over. I wasn't expecting a detail job, but at least wash the vehicle before delivering it to the customer and if not don't tell them different when asked about it. I will never return nor recommend your company if they continue to prove they have better service. The service manager was very rude and has no customer service skills.

I was rear ended while parked. Damage was to rear bumper of my Lexus 300h. Had to remove and replace rear bumper. Caliber Collision on Rossmore Lane in El Dorado Hills did an excellent job repairing my car! Also received regular updates as to status through completion. Recommend them highly! They were very professional and met all time commitments.

Trim is popping out.. very shortly (24hrs) after repair on luxury car... such a shame.. my father and I, have used this place in the past with flawless success, trust is shaken.

Last year I was referred by them through my insurer Geico as their "preferred" vendor after an accident with my truck. Poor paint job and pretty shotty work overall with fender guard sticky adhesive Clearly visible. I should have complained at the time but I didn't. Time is money and I have better things to do than haggle with repair shops over their work. Its a truck and I use it as such so while I was annoyed, I was not annoyed enough to complain. Fast forward a year and my wife and I were out to dinner when someone smashed the window on our tesla. We were again referred to Caliber Collision because Geico is too cheap to work with Tesla for the paint and window repair and said we had to get a quote from their "preferred" vendor aka the company willing to do it the cheapest for Geico, so here we are back at caliber collision. I reluctantly show up on the day of my appointment for an estimate and the receptionist tells me they don't work on Tesla's. Hmmm, great.... I agree they shouldn't be working on Tesla's but how about a phone call to tell me that instead of wasting my time showing up for an appointment?

I was introduced to Frank as the service personnel/manager and was very impressed with his professionalism, personability and efficiency. I would highly recommend this company for car repairs! They did an excellent job beyond my expectations!
