What started out like a nightmare with my Netspend card getting deactivated due to a fraudulent charge, the lovely Shawny at this location was phenomenal! She helped get things sorted out and even made my life better with her outstanding customer service! With her mixture of knowledge and persistence, she figured out a way to link my new card to my routing and bank account on to a new card.... Shawny’s diligence meant to the world to me as I didn’t have any gas in my car which I had no access to any funds, as all of my monies were on my card. Her acts of kindness and determination was on POINT!!!! Would definitely recommend this location and kudos to Shawny for being so friendly and super accommodating!

Every time I come in, Chelsea is always at the register. It can be Very uncomfortable to walk in and ask for a payday loan sometimes and she always makes it a nice experience. I specifically come to this location hoping she is there. Can't tell you guys how much I appreciate you and your work.

Friendly staff and great for when you're in a pinch and need money, but always keep in mind these kinds of places are best avoided due to the cycle of digging yourself into a financial hole.
