Bank of America Financial Center Sunset Blvd, Rocklin

Laziest, unhelpful branch I've seen. Had some fraud going on with my account and went in 20 minutes to 4pm to open up a new account. There was no one in front of me, but they refused to help me set up a new account because they close at 4pm. I made it clear it was not 4pm and weren't they supposed to provide service until 4pm. Their answer was, "times have changed." I wish I got names. The most disturbing part of all this is they tried to get me to make an appointment with them for the next day. I asked them since "times had changed" if I could get my new account set up over the phone. Instead of being supportive of their company, they lied and tried telling me the phone bankers always mess up and I should come to them, clearly because they wanted credit for my new account which they weren't willing to help me with while I was there. I called a phone banker when I left and was done in 20 minutes with my new account. What a disgrace this branch and management are. They certainly need an audit on work ethic and customer service.

the manager refused to help me in a way that three other staff there and every other Bank of America was able to help me. And started demanding people's names to know who it was that helped me in the past. Ridiculous and unprofessional. 10/30 Today I closed my account here. The manager had no mask on, staff had no mask. Disrespected me AGAIN. DONE.

It's amazing this unprofessional manager has a job, corporate should DEFINITELY look into him. Wasn't covering his nose with mask, claims he's beind glass and the virus can't go through the huge crack in between the glass! Ewwww! Cancelled my account because of him. Had it since 2007. Never going back in a bank of america because of this HORRIBLE MANAGER. Always gives people a hard time, big bully to EVERYONE everytime I had to go in there. Couldn't handle the way he treats people.

If you don’t have a deposit slip filled out, this branch (multiple tellers on different days) will turn you down and will force you to fill it or will ask you to leave. Worst customer service at any Bank I’ve ever seen. Many Banks have stopped making a customer to fill a deposit slip. This branch is living in the past for some reason.

It's ok, I have to come for my business. Only one teller

We have always had great service at this branch. As well, I had an automated alert today about possible suspicious activity on my account. I thought, "I'm going to lose the use of my card until they mail me a new one." But, nope, I was able to confirm the activity from my phone quickly and reused my card immediately. I appreciate the account protection, but just as important, the staff at the branch is excellent.

Systematic failure with so much rubbish. Sooo disappointed! Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

Very disappointed in the customer service I received today. The Customer Relationship Manager that was “helping” me today had no idea how to assist me with a transaction that BofA requested of me. I had to look up my account number on my app as he was unsure how to find it. When we finally got done, I talked to the greeter and he asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I said if she was available right now. He went back and asked, she said she was available, but had to put a phone number on a fax. Minutes later, no manager so I left. This may last straw before changing banks

Very good service! The staff are very great professionals! They helped me figure it out and complete all the documents. Thank you so much!!!

They have a line out the door and only one teller with one personal banker. And they have a douchebag standing around meeting people at the door.
