Bank of America Financial Center S King Rd, San Jose

We had appointment on Saturday at 9:30 am and when we reached, we came to know that they were short on staff and did not have any plan to open branch on time so all the appointment’s were assumed cancelled by branch without notification to customers.

This BofA is disgusting. I walked in and the lines were out the doors for both ATMs and the Front teller bankers. 4 o'clock rush with only 2 tellers is ridiculous. Floors are disgusting, extremely dirty, receipts papers and, trash all over the floors. After after waiting over 20 minutes in line to use an ATM and make a deposit the ATM machine is not working properly and I'm unable to make my deposit. I left there's no way I was going to wait another 20-30 minutes. I took pictures of this place so you can see I'm not exaggerating. I normally don't leave any reviews for anyone whether it's good or bad but, It it is super bad and I believe that Bank of America customers deserve better service than that!

Service it's alright. but dammmm there's a 13 people line and they always have 2 employees helping no matter how big the line is!!. Some people have things to do. In short terms don't come here go to another branch unless u have 40 minutes to kill

Went there last week. Wrote my name down on their clipboard for customer service. Had to wait over an hour. Not once did any staff come out of their offices to apologize for the wait. The manager needs to be replaced.

I would like to acknowledge the work of the manager Alma Campos she is a very real professional she helped me deal with my account she is very polite and smart

Yes, the place is busy, but the tellers are doing their best. I went yesterday to exchange some foreign currency and Yuri helped me. I can’t say enough about her professionalism, speed and courtesy. I think Bank of America is lucky to have her working for them.

Trying to get in line for atm withdrawal people have no common sense. If the line is getting longer and there is fairly any space to keeping making the line, don't block the entrance move ahead/scoot over stop blocking the door!!!#

They really care about the customers and they are quick and they protect your bank account they are very good people that work there

On there website it said Thursday’s aren’t busy & it’s not busy but I’ve been waiting here for an hour, customer service is bad. I really hate this location. They only have a few people here doing nothing .

Don’t go there if you aren’t a Latino. They will serve Latino first even though you came first and both of you didn’t make an appointment.
