HORRIBLE PLACE! I would give this place -0 stars if I had the option. Go any where else besides this one on White Rd. I loaned at the Check into Cash in Stockton but I commute to San Jose for work so I figured I would loan in San jose since it is more convenient (the one in Stockton is way more professional btw.) So I loaned in San Jose, first off the lady set me up with the wrong pay date. I didn't get paid until the following Friday, so I called them and spoke to a rep and told them I don't get paid until the following Friday and I can show them a paystub confirming, she said it was okay she would notate my account but to make sure I was there when I said I would be there because if I wasn't she would deposit the loan the same day, I said okay I will be there. The MONDAY BEFORE I GET PAID THEY DEPOSITED MY CHECK! My account was overdrawn because of the check when I clearly called them and told them I would be there the Friday that week. So I called them about it and the lady was SUPER RUDE saying she doesn't see any notes that I spoke to someone. Maybe they should listen to the call I had then ! Since the calls ARE RECORDED FOR QUALITY AND TRANING PURPOSES!! ON TOP OF THAT THEY DON'T EVER GIVE COURTESY CALLS OR ANSWER THE PHONE! I HAVE TO CALL ABOUT 3 TIMES JUST TO GET THROUGH TO SOMEONE. If you need a cash advance don't waste your time or service here, go to another cash advance place. For example Advance America. Or just anywhere else BUT here. I will keep my service in Stockton no matter how inconvenient it will be with my schedule.

Made an early withdrawel from my account 2X and overdrafted my account and cost me penalty fees with my bank.Then charged me 2X interest on loans. I will not be using this office anymore. 1 time is a mistake 2X is ignorance.
