Sitting here waiting. Long wait despite almost no one in here. Employees with masks dangling off their faces. Other person waiting with no mask at all. Fine. Not terribly impressed. At least at the Foothill location they make an attempt to look like they care about their immune compromised customers. Been here almost an hour now. Still not done. Just depositing Canadian funds. Banker did not listen to me when I told them a fact - these are Canadian dollar checks, please treat them as such. Contradicted me. Was wrong. This is fun. Weeee. Come here to wait forever and get Covid. But seriously, this place is like a special level of hell. Probably right next to the California DMV level of hell. Update: It's finally done. I'm free! Freeeeeeeeeee!

The first time I came into this branch I was a bit nervous - there is no teller line so I was unsure where to go when I first walked in. I quickly took a seat in the lobby and after a few minutes was greeted by the manager, Aaron. He asked me what brought me in today and quickly helped me with my needs himself. I have gone back multiple times since then and now know almost every banker there. In my experience they are all kind, knowledgeable, and quick to offer solutions. I plan on going back and would highly recommend to anyone for any banking need. (Tambien se habla espanol alli, lo cual me ha ayudado mucho).

Please do not visit this location. Had no common courtesy for the 5 people waiting to visit their branch as well as we're rude because they are 45 minutes late because of "staffing." And then told me I can't even cash my work check!!!! So unprofessional and horrible people no compassion whatsoever!

Sitting in a lobby for a half hour with multiple employees doing nothing, just to drop off a title they needed for security on one of their customers loans! I have a vehicle loan myself with BOA for a great rate, but a lot of hassle. The move away from traditional brick and mortar locations will result in me doing my personal, business, and vehicle loans elsewhere.

Aaron Jenson came off friendly. However Maria came off very passive aggressiv when asking questions about credit. I’ve been with this bank 10 years and I have never experienced this type of behavior. I will not be coming this location ever. I may even close my accounts due too this behavior of Maria.

I have been with the bank for a few years and I get a call today that my account is being closed there was a unauthorized login well I talked to the bank and they tell me that they can close the account any time my account has always been in good standing and then just out of the blue they want to close my account and said they can't tell me why sounds kind of fishy to me don't ever get a account here

I was reading the reviews and they are all 100 percent true. No professionalism here.
