America First Credit Union W 3500 S, West Valley City

Waited way too long in an almost empty drive thru at 2pm on a Tuesday and we were just depositing cash. When we finally got someone to answer over the speaker and do there job they had a bad attitude. Don’t waste your time at this America first. Makes me wanna switch banks but I haven’t had this issue at other locations.

Never call costumer service. They take forever to answer and when you request a call back they call you and for some reason they hang up on you. The worst costumer service!! I hate going to the bank and I hate calling them.

Do yourself a favor & DO NOT BANK HERE!! Especially at this specific location. The customer service here feels fake from the jump. The associate that helped us set up an account seemed very aggravated with us for absolutely no reason. We signed up for a credit card, inquired about its shipment NUMEROUS TIMES, and 6 months later... STILL NOTHING. All of our credit card payments keep getting returned by them (even when we have more than enough money in our checking), thus affecting our credit scores. This has been the absolute worst credit union I’ve ever banked with and wish none of my experiences here to happen to anyone at all. We’ve tried giving them the benefit of doubt, but NOTHING HAS CHANGED. They hear us, and won’t act on it. That should tell you what type of business this is.

Horrible wasted my time. All this bank does is waste your time do not come here. Or create an account.

First I went and opened an account with them! The woman that helped me was really nice! I used an atm FOR THE FIRST TIME to deposit my check and it took it never gave it back had to go through a bunch of things just to get it back. I’m a little traumatized to go and use it again. Can be slow at this location but for the most part they’ve always been nice to me. Could possibly be because they are busy though.

Probably the worst America First I've ever been to. They are SO SO SO slow every time I go there. Always only one teller working and two people in the office talking or doing nothing while a line of people wait to be served. There's nothing ever done to help people get out of there faster and their "self service" machines are always broke or break when they take your money. DO NOT go to this location. Find another one or you're going to be spending a half an hour in line to make a simple deposit.

Great staff, clean and modern building, fast service. My go to for AFCU

I made a deal with a member of America first credit union and when the member went in to get a 10 day loan payoff. The person at America first credit union asked the member how much I was paying for the vehicle. The member told him and they offered him more on the spot and cut him a check. Horrible business ethics.

Not so great on customer service and they take so long to help people out i have gone twice and had to walk out. There's always a lot of people and just 1 or 2 tellers.
