    Today is my birthday and unfortunately me and my family can't do anything thanks to you guys. While yes I could have managed my money better, I also could have deposited or cashed my check elsewhere. Instead I figured Id build a repore with these guys and I deposited my paycheck here on 3/17.... Inside the bank. After talking to many representatives (6) and getting no real answer as to why there's a hold on my check one from Utah was finally competent and had enough integrity to tell me that my check was flagged for fraud risk... I get last week's check tomorrow and it will definitely be with another bank. As for the deposit on 3/17 ... It's being held until 3/26.... Absolutely absurd. No wonder you guys have such a poor rating, it's a wonder your still in business after reading about the way your staff treat their customers. Your response just proves my point. That was an automatic response triggered by a low rating, I doubt you took the time to read it. No matter, weve got an appointment.

    My husband and I needed notary services so we called to make an appointment at this location.They provide notary services at no cost for account holders. They got us in the same day and when we arrived we were immediately helped by Ashley. She was very friendly to us and sweet to our children. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes too!

    NEVER BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA….my name is William I have a wonderful family and work hard for my money…I banked with this bank for 4 months and they are absolutely the worst group of individuals iv ever come into contact with they will steal your money if you bank with these people mark my words…you’ll regret the day you walked in

    I always keep the bulk of my money in a secondary account with no checks or no debit card. The account I use I only transfer money to cover what I'm paying for and just leave a minimal amount. It is set up to decline all charges if there are no funds. Within the last 2 months someone took it upon themselves to add overdraft protection which would allow anything to be charged. I made a hotel reservation and they mistakenly charged a deposit. So instead of it being declined while I settled it, which was rapidly taken care of, Bank of America has tied up $192.40 and even though it's been processing since Wednesday (today is Saturday) and the hotel has ended their request for payment Bank of America has still not released my funds.

    I’ve banked with boa for 15 years. I had to go inside branch to get a cashiers check, after 3 different tellers including Amanda the”general manager” it became clear, they could care less about me, they were rude, arrogant, put out, one of the tellers was seemingly put out by my request. After 30 min. And they still couldn’t get me a cashiers check, I asked for cash, instead, and they couldn’t do that either. I finally got my cash, but the way they treated me I plan on going in mon.And closing 3 accounts I’ve had for 15 years. Amanda needs to train her tellers better and try to act like she sees you and understands your concern.,and appreciates, that you’re a long term clients. , and important You are supposed to be working for us the client. Worst service ever. I also bank at us and iq credit union. They are wonderful folks. That’s the reason they have all my investments, and Pretty sure if your supervisor knew you never asked if Bank of America could do anything to get my business , I have 300,00 in two other banks in investments. I was considering putting some in the boa account as well. But the poor service changed my mind, I.learned about all of the tellers at sunnyside at 5:00. DONT EXPECT MUCH! Amanda brush up on setting examples for your tellers, you do not stand out as a supervisor. Regard Deb

    Big shout out to Melanie! My wallet was stolen and corporate filed my claim incorrectly, which lead to a denial outcome. Luckily, Melanie took on the task of filing the claim correctly and submitting additional paperwork to ensure approval. I could not have done this without her. A big thanks to her and any other staff members that helped. THANK YOU!!!

    If I could give them 0 starts I would this branch is a joke no sense of customer service .I get mire and better service and experience from the atm outside its like talking to rocks when you go inside makes me wonder why Im paying so much in fees for the worst banking service

    They said they provide notary service for free for their customers but then when you are there they will make excuses try not to do it. Don't waste your time there. For $10 You get much better service next door at Postal Annex.

    In my quest to teach my daughter's about money, finances, and maintaining healthy and successful business relationships we dropped in this Bank of America branch to open her very first checking account. We were aligned with Jennifer Copeland a personal banker. She was colorful and had a grumpy cat picture in her office (😻) Perfect! She opened my eldest daughter's account quickly and sent us home. The very next week we stopped back at the branch to open an account for my 2nd daughter. This branch is not our local branch and is a bit of a drive, but my daughter liked her so much that she cried and begged until I gave in. We scheduled an appointment to return later in the afternoon. When we returned later, we were 10 min late and Jennifer was sitting in the lobby chatting with a customer. My daughters' down next to her waiting staring with excitement. Jennifer never once acknowledged my children or my presence, she continued to chat with the customer for an additional five to seven minutes, stood up and walked away to retrieve the branch manager. The branch manager informed us that Jennifer would no longer be able to assist us and we would need to reschedule. I can accept that we were tardy, and would need to reschedule. I cannot accept that she didn't have the decency to acknowledge our presence. It cost her absolutely nothing to say hi to just my children. This same quest led to a deeper conversation with my daughter's about doing business with people that treat you with dignity and respect. These girls could be the next Ellen, Oprah, President or anything their hearts desire. We withdrew her money promptly and left with tears streaming down my girls' faces.

    This branch got worse over the years. Only one teller working most of the times. They make you fill up deposit slips unlike most of the banks. Very slow service. When they trying to problem solving they seem to choose the most complicated solutions instead of simple one’s. Avoid.
