Bank of America Financial Center Uptown Blvd, Albuquerque

Bank of America has two banks in northeast Albuquerque closed right now. Absolute joke.. Making the all their banks busy in that area. So now now customers have to wait in long lines with tons of customers durning covid. Stay away front this big banks and get a local credit union.

Awful customer service from the three employees we dealt with. My wife and I were shocked as to how bad their customer service was! And we're from Albuquerque where rude service is the norm. B of A at Uptown takes the cake however. We'll be going with a local CU after this experience.

Worst prepared setup for a bank. 2 tellers for 10 windows and they aren't even ready an hour after opening? Pathetic. Whoever is in charge should probably do something about this, if they care. I'll be switching banks shortly.

So terrible the manager promised me that he would help me. then kept me waiting 45 mins then at 5 mins to closing told me that he couldn't and I would have to come back in the morning. Instead of giving me the truth an letting me go to another location.

They never have more than one teller , no matter how busy it is. They do have a lot of people walked around doing nothing. Very frustrating place.

The teller gave me the impression like I was bothering her. I went in to withdrawal from my account. She did not greet me with a warm friendly smile. After she procssed my withdrawl, she just slid the money towards me. She didn't ask if I needed anything else. I guess now and day you have to ask for a envelope when withdrawling a decent amount of money. I've been with Bank of America for over 10 years and have 3 accounts. I would just assume I would receive top notch service. I think this teller needs to take a updated customer service training class or find a job she loves.

Never been treated so rude in my 48 yrs. Refused to help manager just walked away like my check which was from BOA was no good. Went to another location and was taken care of instantly.

Very poor costumer service...went there for help reset my atm pin... the old lady bank teller ... told me to make a schedule to reset my pin... i asked why not help me now since nobody is around... no customer waiting in the line ..there are 3 teller that moment with no customer at all.... she still told me to schedule an appointment... before i left the office i waited for 5 minutes to check if they are really busy... still no customer and they just talking to each other..... probably if there's a costumer behind me i will completely understand why i need to make a sched but since nobody is there..they not even busy ... it wont take 3 minutes to reset my pin... VERY FRUSTRATING....

Very friendly and professional staff. My favorite Bank of America location to go to in Albuquerque! Great Job!!!

Worst location ever I went to cash a check and they pressured me to open a bank account. They deserve to be sued
