Bank of America Financial Center Ne 8th St, Bellevue

I went to this BOA branch thinking I needed to do a wiring of fund. The staff, Dennis, who helped me, helped me figure out I just need a bank transfer. And voila, task accomplished. Really appreciate his knowledge of bank services and super friendly support. 5 star!

I went to this branch because I needed to do an urgent international wire transfer and wondered if someone in the bank could walk me through the process. Bolun not only explained the whole procedure but also very kindly offered to handle the issue in order to avoid possible mistakes I may make. It was such a relief and I really appreciate his help! People like Bolun are the reason we keep coming back.

They could use more staff for sure to decrease wait times,other than that everything else here is pretty good,I know most tellers from the old lake hills location and the atm inside is protected with carded entry during non operating hours,which is good for security.located right in front of Crossroads Shopping Center..

I went to ask if I can transfer a check to a different account and the manager was super rude when I was just going to ask a question never going to this bank again.....so then I went to a different bank of America near here super nice..

If you are in a hurry definitely go to another location. I've tried to stop in this location 6 times over the past couple months and every time there has been 10-15 people in line in front of me. I was able to wait only 2 times and it took my entire lunch break which is a bit frustrating. The staff is friendly. It just seems like the excessive wait time (which seems to be a common theme in the reviews) would be an easy enough problem to fix with some extra staff. I've never seen this at any other branch.

Not sure why the review score is low. We came in for a notary appointment and the staff was very attentive and conscientious of our needs.

This Crossroad BOA is small but its in a very convenient area definitely gotta wait for sometimes but friendly staff moreover, ATM is very useful also they have enough parking area.

Never rent a safety box from this bank, the valuables from my safety box were stolen and have a very bad experience with the bank manager. Wish I could give 0 rating

Tony helped me out and fitted me in their schedule and got my wire transfer done while being efficient, quick, and very friendly. Definitely a worthwhile experience and what I hope all bank of America agents strive for. Very happy with my service. I do highly recommend anyone going here makes an appointment beforehand if you're requesting a wire transfer.

Was told multiple false statements from teller regarding their deposit processes. Management showed no care in the matter. Luckily online customer support was very helpful in fixing the mistakes of the poorly trained branch staff.
