Really had a wonderful experience with Zoltan who is the Branch Manager at this location. He was able to start my account opening process in between appointments and then finished me up the next day. Took the time to get me all setup, quickly processed and all squared away in a highly personalized manner. Throughly impressed with the professionalism and accuracy of my account opening. Glad I made the switch from Chase, already a much better experience.

Deborah is exceptional at her job. I needed quick help with RV financing to lock in an offer I had placed. I called and spoke to Josh who did an excellent hand off to Deborah at the branch. Deborah efficiently gathered all my info and quickly came through with a great plan. I was happy to lock in the deal. I'm pleased with the speed, efficiency, knowledge, professionalism and pleasant attitude. She sensed that time was of the essence and focused on the goal. I'm impressed with the whole experience.

My experience with Sound Credit Union has always been great. Every visit, every email, every call has been completely satisfactory. I go to Bellevue branch and everyone who work here are awesome, specially Deb Walter. She is just great, the way she put extra efforts to solve my banking needs. I needed a bank statement, I called her and it was in my inbox in 10 minutes. I needed my check to be posted immediately on my Line of credit, I ask her, she validates and boom done... just to name couple of experiences. And for this reason, I just started my business account relationship with Sound. Happy to be a member.

Deborah at the Bellevue Branch took care of me. She went over and above to make sure things were done correctly and efficiently. I had some bonds as part of an estate. It's not an easy process and I had a ton of questions and needed to know it was done correctly. She explained everything and followed through. In these times when customer service is lacking, it's nice to know she is on my side. No question is too stupid. She'll double check things on her end before saying no. If she doesn't know how to do something, she figures it out on her end. I hope she goes far with Sound Credit Union. They are great to bank with. They are lucky to have her.

When my debit card was breached, I received a call from Sound Credit Union about a suspected fraudulent charge. Verifying it was not me, we canceled the card and arranged to pick up another one that afternoon at my local branch in Bellevue. I was greeted at the door by Michelle and she put me at ease right away. The card was quickly replaced and we made sure it was functioning. Then, when I had more questions about my account, she took the time to go through my statement and seeing a possible problem, started making phone calls. It took a few minutes, but she found more possible fraud and started the procedure to find it. This took us past regular hours, but she remained cheerful as we wrapped up. Sound Credit Union has always been the best place for my finances and Michelle has my appreciation and gratitude for making things better.

Banking has been wonderful with Sound. Disappointed in mortgage side due to lack of communication or follow up. Update: increased star rating due to follow up I received from the mortgage team at this time. Sound overall has been a good experience, and hopefully the communication has been resolved going forward.

Deborah it's a very dedicated person. She was very detailed when it should be. She is above and beyond. Deborah answered all the questions I had in my mind, even before I asked, because she was explaining all step by step proces. That was really great. I had a previous experience I don't want to talk about it with other bank. Sound credit union is absolutely the best choice. And Deborah is on of the greatest assets for this great institution.

I would like to share my experience with Sound Credit. I have another credit union that I bank at, however they don't have any tellers in area so opening an account with Sound Credit Union-Bellevue is going to be a huge benefit as they have tellers here. The banking manager I worked with Deborah, was very quick to respond to my emails and questions. She even discussed with me my goal for my credit card payoff and moved my balance over to a card with a very low rate. It was very worth my while to reach out to Deborah. I got cash back, lower interest rates and points that can be used for dinners and gifts. Do yourself a favor and get a lower interest rate on your credit card that you've been meaning to do, that Nerdwallet tell you, you should be doing, so you can make a dent in that credit card balance. Ask for Deborah, you will be glad you did.

Great experience. Applying for an account online was taking forever so I decided to visit in person to expedite the process. One of the staff, I believe his name was Nha, offered to push back his lunch break in order to help me. Walked me through everything and was able to open a checking and savings account with no hassle! Took maybe a half-hour to get done what I had been trying to do online for over a week.

I had the best experience at Sound Credit. My son is just starting out, and the credit union helped him establish credit. In particular Ryuta - our loan councilor - made every effort to get a complex deal completed. Follow up by Tanya, out of Bellevue, ensured my son got the loan he needed.
