    Horrible customer service been waiting in line for about 20 minutes there no teller and when I ask she said we have to wait she helping somebody else . She wasn’t even helping anyone out her name is Julia T. Everyone on there phone not assisting anyone I wasted my whole lunch here. Very unprofessional bank they should always have somebody in front assisting with customers . She even let people cut in line and when I asked her why her response was I didn’t know which she did

    I went in to get money off my edd card. The lady was rude and made customers wait in line then told me they couldn't verify my driver's license so they could only give me a certain amount. which was a California state driver's license and made me feel unwelcome and basically profiled me I went to another bank of america and the branch manager looked at my driver's license and said it was perfectly good and all identification markers were there.

    It took me about two hours to complete a wire transfer; a 15 minute real work and most of the time was waiting in the lobby. Even though the staff was friendly, the manager did nothing to manage the long waiting time. I will not go there if I have another choice.

    Terribly staffed and the lady was racially profiling me cause Im black and make more money than the average bear overall It’s not the worst but I think they need to hire better staff cause not only are they super slow the older ladies there probably don’t mean to be but they’re kinda rude

    30 yr with BOA, overall deterioration in CS service. Yet again disappointing experience with temp mgr R (defensive and rude, and lack of proper communication) and J (almost gave my ID and ATM cards to another customer). Had to change station three times to get a new PIN issued…

    After waiting in line for almost thirty minutes a bank employee approached me and asked if he could ‘help’ me. I use quotation marks because he had no interest in providing any help. I told him that I wished to withdraw the funds from my EDD debit card. He then asked if I were a B of A customer and I told him I was not. He then went on to tell me that I had two options for withdrawing my money from the card: I could use their ATM and get the daily limit of $1000 or I could go to my bank and get my money. He stated that they were taking non-customers by appointment only and they were scheduled more than two weeks out. I had considered opening an account since it was more convenient but after experiencing what passes as customer service, I gave it a pass. I honestly believe that the guy made up the appointment story as I don’t find any mention of appointments being mandatory but offered for anyone who wished to speak with a banking specialist. Not a teller. A specialist. Worst possible way to greet a person who doesn’t currently bank with you. Not how you go about bringing in new accounts.

    they only have one teller working at lunch time rush hour for banking. 45min wait at least. Greeter was polite but they don’t have enough staff for banking transactions. 4 other staff all doing other things.

    The lines here are atrocious and they consistently have one MAYBE two people behind the counter. They are polite but never try and alleviate the line by having more people work the window. Plan on spending a minimum of 30 minutes here when 5-10 would be acceptable. Maybe BofA should get some coffee in the waiting area.

    I had some poor customer experience from manager Reema and their staff members specifically Crystal. She seemed nice at the beginning but things turned over pretty quickly. We had an appointment at 1.30 with Barbara Wang for notary service which we booked online. They made us wait for half an hour after which Barabara said she does not have the rights to notary. She spoke to another staff Crystal who had these permissions and offered to come into her office to help us out by asking us to show the documents. On reviewing the documents, she said she could only notarize few other documents at manager’s discretion. After sometime, her manager came in and started off by saying subtly that “we cannot pressurize the notary to notarize any documents. And that we should call and check before coming in”. We clearly mentioned in our online appointment that we would want notary service. If we had to call for everything, then why is there a online portal to schedule appointments with the reason being mentioned? Well, we did not pressurize anyone to notarize the documents for us. If she cannot do something, she could have directly sad no to us rather than asking her manager to come tell us that. They wasted our one hour of time to just say no to us. Extremely poor service for being a loyal customer to them for 8 years! I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

    I usually don’t mind following Covid capacity rules and restrictions but wow there’s a manager here who insists that you have to stand on certain squares strewn astray all over the ground while at the same time micromanaging her tellers The rules are the same everywhere. 1) stand outside if the line is full 2) respect six feet separation when possible 3) be orderly But this place takes those guidelines to a militant level holy moly

    The staff are very friendly and helpful. Harman helped me unlock my mobile account by calling multiple numbers, and setup my checking account. He is very brilliant and friendly. Another Taiwanese lady (sorry I forgot her name) is also very helpful and supportive.

    after reading reviews from 5 months ago and being encountered with the same operations process, no doubt management on this location needs to be addressed immediately. Still only one bank teller and 30 people in line waiting to be assisted. But they sure do have a full team behind the scenes collecting and overdraft fees, etc..... on that, no delay at all.
