Horrible service! After trying they said they could cash a cashier's check they made me give them all of my personal information. I asked them why it was necessary since I want getting any type of loan. She, Lupe, verified that the check was good then called her GM and said they couldn't cash it because it was too old 10/29/18. Just over a month! I asked them to delete all of my information and not share it with their affiliates. She told me that they couldn't delete an account once created. Why did you create it and take all my personal information before confirming you could provide me a service. I went down to a check cashing place on Thornton immediately after and they called it with my ID.

So I go to California check cashing to cash a check for $5000, because my bank was going to put a 5 day hold. I arrive here they verify the check and the agent tells me they can give me $1000 now and the rest UPTO 2 days because they need the chevk to clear, I tell her this is for a closing of a business transaction and this money is a loan I must have the funds within that period of time and she assured me and the fee is $300 I agree to do it because I’m closing on a business purchase at transaction that I’m suppose to close and at risk of losing a 20k deposit long story short they refuse to pay me money until future date and hung up on me and the manager refused to speak with, keep in mind I have a result with words saying within 2 days.... now I’m on verge of losing me deposit, I’ll be filing a lawsuit against California check cashing! I’m blown away by there management and the way they handle things not caring about anyone I urge everyone to somewhere else I’m paying $300 to cash a check and this service is crazy

They say they have DMV vehicle registration services but do not have anyone onsite that is trained or certified to provide that service. Then give negative attitude when asked for assistance finding another location that can help.

New manager is terrible. Rude and on the phone gossiping every time I have been in.

Shady management. They try to trick you into paying more than you really have to for their services. Other locations are better like San Jose and Milpitas

Wait times of minimum 1hour . Everytime i have come. I think the staff are overworked. Ill be avoiding this center even if i have to drive 20miles
