Bank of America Financial Center E 8th St, National City

Don't normally come here, in fact, I haven't been here at least since 2019 or 2018, but I was in the area. Well there's only a couple of guys ahead of me. but the tellers are taking an awfully long time. I finally get up to the window, the female teller asks for my ID. Then she gets up and goes to interpret for another teller at the other end. I thought maybe just a word or two, something quick, but NO, it was about five or six minutes!!! Then when she comes back, she doesn't even apologize!!! I couldn't read her name tag because of her hair, but she has glasses and is chunko. On my way out, I tell one of the loan or new accounts people who was walking around. Her reply was something like, "well at least it's over now." What the hell kind of response is THAT???

don't use ATM outside. I was "skimmed" $6 thousand dollars from this ATM only found out because of low balance alert text I received. Go inside bank and use ATM inside.🤬🤬🤬🤬 and while they FAIL TO PROTECT my money. I have to wait for their slow investigation. I'm glad this is not my only bank.

Worst bank to visit, line is long, only few tellers open and they are slow

Always a long wait because 3 tellers are serving 25+ customers, while holding on personal conversations instead of getting all their customers served. Lunchtime should be planned for in advance with extra tellers working this busy time.

If you plan to waste 1 hour of your time go inside the bank. 2 tellers, 10 people in line and 4 other reps just sitting behind their desk scratching their bellies instead of helping move the line out. What bank wants to keep people inside as much as they do?? I hate this branch!

I just don't understand why: When you go inside the bank there are only 2 employee's / tellers to process transactions on a Saturday when there are so many people in line. I was in line for over 30 minutes this morning waiting to do a money transfer. This couldn't be done at the ATM or over the phone so I had to go inside the bank. I stood there so long that my feet went to sleep. I asked why so few tellers, and I was told they are trying to close down and get rid of the face to face banking practice. I'm just disappointed with the BofA now.

They don’t follow safety protocols. Security mask was down. According to their sign, they close at 4. I was there at 3:56 PM and both security was pointing each other if they will let me in or not. They said they close 5 minutes before 4, but I told him it doesn’t say in the sign. I ask for a manager on duty and he didn’t ask the manager to face me. What a very very good service. I call their number and no one will answer. Very bad.

Big improvement! The 2 guards their are super friendly and nice gentleman! Love them, the staff too are all nice very helpful specially Mr. Cuen. Thank you guys keep up the good work God bless....

I can't tell how horrible service they provided. They are just taking advantage of my edd money. When calling they do not answer, they are making millions of dollars on fees and can't hire more representatives to help customers?

Worst bank ever! They only have 2 tellers on the 1st. Hello, busiest day EVER!!!!! They are slow and the lines are long!!!! Plan on waiting in line for 30-45 min.
