Worst bank in America. Hidden fees, unhelpful associates, long lines, declined deposits whenever they feel like it. Be smart, go somewhere else.

AFTER HOURS DOOR BROKEN the card and phone reader that unlocks the door after hours to use ATM has been broken for MONTHS. I have called and asked them to fix it THREE TIMES and each time they said it was fixed. It is NOT. And its not my card and phone that are the problem. I've seen numerous people try to get in with no success. This sucks because they close early and there are not many bank of America around. Ridiculous.

The slowest service on the planet! Bankers aren’t trained well! I met with a man who said overdraft protection doesn’t cover if there are automatic payments taken out from the account and literally had no concept of overdraft protection! I have 2 accounts here ready to move to a bank that doesn’t take an hour to cash a check or a banker who might know something about the products and policies!

I opened business account in this branch I'm usually not a fan of big banks but I had the best banking experience, opening account was a breeze, very friendly and warm staff branch manager was called in to introduce herself and shake hands🤝 I've saving, checking accounts & credit card with them, their app puts it all in one page & access Can deposit checks, cash after hours and staff there will always meet you in hallway as you walk in when they're open I never had to wait 1 minute!

This place is so boujee and the front desk actually was kind and greeted me ☺️ I already felt welcome. First time coming and first time banking with them.

I am currently standing in line to cash a check. They have about ten employees just standing around doing nothing. So irritating. Like how many bankers does it take to cash a check? Incompetent!

Just spent 57 minutes at this location canceling a credit card of my loved one, who recently passed away. I also wanted to pay off the current balance. While the person helping me (Pablo) was fine, I was shocked at how difficult and time consuming this process was, even after I called to report this loved one’s passing and supplied everything the requested for processing. When I said I wanted to pay off the balance, the manager said I couldn’t. After calling two different numbers with Pablo, I was able to pay off the balance and officially closed the account. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never bank with Bank of America.

Lacking in communication. Showed up for a scheduled meeting and their staff never showed. He (Dylan) never called nor emailed. It has been 1 week and still nothing. Very unprofessional.

Was making a cheque deposit with my 1 year old and Shane was very helpful with the process considering I had my hands full. Very impressed with his service.

3 hours of wait line! C'mon BoFa!! Its my time to choose different bank.
