Bank of America ATM Union, Urbana

A friend of mine was told by Bank of America customer service that he could deposit cash into this ATM so we drove 30 minutes to get to the building that it was inside of with nothing more than a picture of the machine. We then searched all over the building, asking multiple people who were clueless. Finally one person did know but it was behind a locked door. We had to go out the back of the building on a patio and back inside at the other end. Only to find that the machine didn't accept deposits! 😳🙄😡 Come on BOA get it together!

Just a withdrawal ATM inside the university. Nearest branch is near Chicago over 2 hours each way! The university is great, but b of a needs to boost their business presence here.

What good? Is a Bank Of America ATM that you can only withdrawal, or check balance only. Can't deposit anything!!!!!!

ATM only allows cash withdrawals, does not allow for cash or check deposits.

Can only withdraw money. And it locked my account on a Sunday morning when I tried to withdraw.

Avoid this location if you'd like to keep your debit card working. All this atm does is block your card. Sometimes multiple times right after you have it unblocked. Keep in mind that the telephone number this atm spits out has a wait time of over 40 minutes on each occurance. And no, it will not send an email or app alert that you can use to approve the transaction. Bank somewhere else.

I got a check I needed to deposit and this seemed like the only place to do it in Champaign but when I got there, it turns out all the machine can do is view balance, withdraw and deposit money and nothing else. What a useless, outdated piece of junk. I mean, sure I can download the app, but I feel a lot more comfortable physically going to an ATM and doing it there. The worst part is that the closest ATM/Branch location is all the way in Chicago. It's still better than my boyfriend's situation, because he uses Wells Fargo, which is completely nonexistent in the Midwest. I hope someone can do something to replace this outdated machine and use a more current one with more capabilities. I don't know what else to do other than to write in a negative review explaining how ridiculous this all is in hopes of someone in the school or bank or whoever deals with this type of job to take notice and take action.

Can only view balance or withdraw money. No other location within 50+ miles where you can deposit checks or deposit cash.

The only ATM in town and Bank of America won’t invest in a decent ATM that you can dopiest cash in.

Only withdrawals. No near by atm near UIUC.
