Bank of America ATM Centerpoint Dr, Moreno Valley

Aside form having a long line all the time . The teller has made mistakes on multiple occasions transferring and withdrawing. The teller some how managed to withdraw money from a accounts not even associated with my name. They need to be more accessibility friendly and allow elderly people with walking canes to go first. The lines are long and for them not to be assisted promptly is disheartening. I have been loyal to bank of America for 10+years but they continue to disappoint me in many factors.

First of all, I always use the atm. So the one time a year I go into the bank I swipe my debit. At the branch on perris they don't require you to fill out the form. And like I said I hardly enter the bank. This is my first time in months and i decide to visit this bank. I had about 20 people ahead of me. I still waited due to having more than 40 bills to deposit. Once I finally made it to a teller I get a lecture from a guy named Brad about filling out the paper and how Incomvienced Him by not doing so. I explained I wasn't aware that the banks still do those. He proceeded to help me with am attitude then he asked me why I didn't go to the atm. I told him I had more than 40 bills. He explained that I could have deposited if I did it twice. I told him I already waited in line therefore I rather just do it here. He then gave more attitude. This is so terrible. Never have I seen such unprofessinalism. I understand i was in the wrong for not filling out the paperwork but like I said I am not used to it so I didn't think it was needed. Had he been more friendly my experiance would've been better. I don't understand. If you do not like your job why continue working at an establishment.

Every time I come to this branch, I get the worst service always full the line up to the doors and only 3 windows open but 2 actually working😡😡😡😡😡😡

Longest line I've ever been in. Fewest tellers. Smelliest waiting area.

Went to bank of America, stood in line for a whole hour. Only 1 teller. Once I got to the front, The teller was extremely nice & helpful though. I just wish they had more people helping.
