As far as I'm concerned it's the best bank in Norman Oklahoma or for the state of Oklahoma because they're all over the state people are great very helpful do anything for you Jim

They would not give me?my money. If you need to use a bank DO NOT USE THIS BANK. They hide fees and then when i tried they told me oklahoma issued ud was not a valid form of ID. I dont nirmally review bad places butsince they wont give me MY money i cant afford todo anything now. I hope this bank fails and the owners have to claim bankruptcy.

I have had a lot of issues at the drive thru with this particular location in the past. (The location on 24th West is amazing, the staff is always top notch.) However, they did switch a couple of people to this location that were at 24th West and since then I generally have a good experience banking here. I have had issues with my account but calling or reaching out to your representative fixes that. They do a referral program, the new member gets $50 and the established member gets $50.

It's a bank. I prefer Arvest but these guys are okay

Only thing I see wrong is the place looks a little wore down on the inside other then that they are great. Everyone inside is nice and quick. Never had a problem here. I live almost 30 miles south of them and work 45 miles the other direction but I'm still trying to keep them as my bank that should say something lol. Keep up the good work. Update... i have always liked this bank but they closed my account because it was minus 13.00. Now they want me to drive up there and pay the 13 and make a whole new account. They say it's unrecoverable? I've been a customer for years and because it was minus 13.00 dollars they permanently closed my account? Ill take my business elsewhere since they don't know how to treat long term loyal customers. Also their app and online stuff is a joke... I've asked for them to set up the check deposit take a picture thing like 4 times over the last 2 1/2 to 3 years and the keep stalling.

Great local bank with a super friendly staff. Everyone here has always been extremely helpful whether I am dealing with a car loan, mortgage, business account or personal account. The tellers are always extremely polite and friendly. Opening an account is a breeze and they even have a referral program where you earn $50 and your referral earns $50 when they open a new account! Always a joy to go in and see friendly, familiar faces.

Hey Bancfirst your new ATM's have alot of new features but yoy forgot 1 thing. THEY DONT DESPENSE MONEY. FIX IT
