Been a 25yr customer. I actually give them 0 stars. I was a day late on my monthly payment because I misread the date. Told me 5 extra monthly payments to keep it from being forfeited. The "I can do what I want" attitude and greed has overcome the owner. I recommend you go elsewhere so you do not get ripped off.

Used this shop for a FFL transfer for an online purchase. Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Will be returning for future transfers!

Never used a pawn shop before,but I needed a loan to cover some unexpected things. They lent me what I needed at fair terms and were easy to deal with . If I need to ever do it again I'll be back, update it's now January 21 and my power has been out for a week even though I was strapped for money these guys hooked me up on a great deal on a generator, these guys have awesome customer service

This is without a doubt, the cleanest and most organized shop I’ve ever been in. Tony has been here for as long as I can remember, and always offers fair deals. Amazing selection of products, some new in the box. Huge tool inventory-anything you could want. Highly recommend stopping in.

I have been in this store a few times. I have pawned and looked. I came across some items I didn't have a real value of, Tony researched and found a great info. I will be going back. They have a great selection of gold and guns that would make anyone happy!

They are more than happy and able to answer any questions you may have about any items in the store. I’ve been in quite a few pawn shops, but this one stands out from the rest! The superior quality of jewelry, firearms, tools, equipment, technology, cameras, etc. The seemingly endless supply of new and used firearms was quite impressive and kept me occupied while my background check was being processed. I browsed some antique firearms I didn’t know existed and they answered all the questions I had about everything I was looking at. I was also allowed to look at every item I was interested very throughly, which led to me purchasing more items. I strongly recommend going here. These are good people and they run a very reputable establishment. 5 stars.

If you buy guns, especially online and need a good FFL, this is your place. I buy a lot of guns and I’ve used several gun shops and I can tell, most are a joke and a rip off. I used B&B to have a firearm shipped too and what a refreshing experience! Great customer service and my background check went faster then a gun shop has done, of the ones I’ve used. I do not remember the names of the three....yes, three gentlemen, that helped get me checked out, but there was no standing around and they moved quick and were very nice! Customer service is a lost art. These gents certainly have it! Stop going to over priced gun shops for your online gun purchases. Waste of time and money! Go to B&B and get in and out and save some cash!

I bought my first firearm from Tony 23 years ago. Once he opened B&B Pawn I continued doing business with him due to his honesty and straight forward attitude. If he does not have it, he will find it at the price I am looking for. Thumbs up to an outstanding business with amazing customer service!

I have been using Tony and the guys to order firearms for me or acting as a trusted FFL where I could order firearms or have them sent that I ordered on line for years now! They have always given me outstanding service ! I have sent many of my friends there who needed everything from musical instruments to TVs and tools and they have always thanked me. My son decided he wanted to buy an AR 15. After contacting numerous gun shops, we settled on B&B because of the variety of selection and prices. When we arrived, we were greeted in a friendly, professional manner and the gentleman remembered specifically talking to me on the phone. The staff was very knowledgeable about their merchandise and went above and beyond to ensure we had great customer service! The owner came in at the end of the transaction and offered a couple of add-ons at discounted prices and threw in a couple of freebies, as well. When they claim to have a HUGE selection of weapons, they are not kidding! This is like a grown man's Toys-R-Us - I literally could have spent several hours in the shop, drooling over the merchandise. We left very satisfied with our experience and the next time I'm in the market for a firearm, this will be the FIRST place I go, hands down! While they do offer previously owned weapons, a great deal of their firearms are brand new with box and warranty.

I met Tony then he worked at East Coast Pawn, maybe 30 years ago. I followed him to his business B&B Pawnbrokers. He and employees have always treated with a smile and respect. I have pawned a few things. But I have bought from them. Every firearm I have bought has worked like it should. Over the years I have told B&B is the only pawnbroker I go to. I was just in there yesterday. After a transaction, I thought there was a mistake.I called today and talked to John. He didn’t get a attitude or defensive. He answered my questions. The mistake was on my part, not on B&B’s. Thank you. I am a customer for life.

Have been a customer for a few purchases. They were recommended by friends as being honest and straight forward. Recently I ran into some difficulty and needed cash, so I pawned a few things at B&B Pawnbrokers, I made my payments on time and recently picked up my items. This was my first experience for this side of the business. They were up front and courteous; and took care of my items as I would imagine they care for there own or better. Recently, purchased a couple of items at this pawn shop and it was a great experience. The guys are friendly, place is clean, and they pack a lot of great stuff for the space they have. Definitely a hidden gem in the Spotsylvania area. Will do business again.

I have been doing business with Tony for over 15 years now and he is the only one that I will buy my firearms from. He is an honest man and will always give you a good deal. I have seen him as he deals with other customers and he is always honest and fair. He always tells them that they are free to shop around and see if they can get a better deal but they always come back because they find out that other pawn shops offer them way less then what he had offered. I recommend to anyone to go by and see all the great quality things he has for sale. And he has a huge selection of firearms for sale at great prices. I feel like a kid in a candy store when I walk in there. So many to choose from. All in excellent shape also. I would give him 10 stars but they only allow me to give him 5!

I have used B & B many times and find their selection of various items outstanding and the pricing is very fair and equitable. The owner, I believe his name is Tony is extremely friendly and easy to deal with. He makes you feel like a member of the family. The other staff members our very acommodating and friendly. All make the purchase of a firearm an easy process and are extremely knowledgeable.

What a shop! I’ve been in pawnshops all over the east coast and I’ve NEVER seen a shop like this one. The place is well stocked... I mean packed, and it’s clean and orderly. The two guys working both said hello to me and asked how I was doing. They talked with me as if they had known me for years. Awesome place. Great experience.

Every time I came in the man behind the counter was very nice and answered all my questions.
