I run a small business in the Valley and AZ Insurance Team has been there for all of our insurance needs for nearly the last ten years. This past week I encountered an issue with my business insurance that is a rare situation and was threatening a big contract we have. Charlotte was AMAZING! She calmed me down and made me feel less stressed while she took the situation head on and resolved my issue within a day. She saved my contract and helped me get the coverage we needed, QUICKLY and for a great price. Twice now my car has died and i needed roadside assistance from AZ Ins Team! I'm in my 70's with poor eyesight and couldn't handle it myself so i called Jennifer Ireland, my ins agent and she took care of everything for me! Rescued with her help and Charlotte/Steve too. They know how to take care of their customers! especially the elderly ones!!! Thanks Jennifer Ireland and team at AZ Ins. Team!!!!

I requested a CLU report for the sale of my home. I received it 3 days later under the name of Charlotte Burr. Both my realtor and the buyers realtor would not accept it because it was not in my name. I called and requested one in my name and was told that is how they do things. I contacted my realtor and we 3 way called back. I was transferred to the owner Steve who said again that is how they do it and to have my realtor call. I told Steve my realtor was on the line. When Chris my realtor, tried to explain that he could not accept the CLU with Charlotte’s name Steve talked over him through out the call and was very rude. When I requested the CLU be ran under my name I was told it would take an additional 3-5 days. We requested Steve stop talking and listen several times before I had to tell the him to shut up and listen. I also told him he had the worst customer service. If I loose the sale of my home over something so trivial as a CLU report, this will not be the last stink I raise about this. I would not recommend this company to anyone and have filed a complaint with Safeco Corporate.

Charlotte at AZ Insurance Team is a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about her clients. I've spoken to many of them that are real estate investors and use her services and they all had glowing remarks about her prompt service, professionalism, and communication. I'd recommend Charlotte to anyone I know that can use her services if they want the best in the business!

Due a refund and getting the run around. Checks been in the mail supposedly 3 times, but I haven’t seen one. Excuse after excuse why I haven’t received one (wrong address multiple times supposedly, but corrected multiple times also). This has been going on for over 3 months. Steven was going to run it up the chain because he also thought it was ridiculous. Last we spoke it was going to be resolved no later than a week and a half ago and faster than US Mail. Steven will not take my calls (on phone after I say my name) or return emails now. Just got off the phone with progressive (who AZ Insurance Team purchased my policy through) same old story, stop payment on last check, and new one was reissued yesterday US Mail.

I just got a note from AZ Insurance saying that my new auto insurance policy had taken a jump in rates that they are not comfortable with. So, they took the liberty of looking for a new policy for me....without my even asking! They sent me a quote for a new policy saving me over $70 a month! I'm so happy and I just love the service I get from Charlotte and her team! If you aren't currently using these guys, you should at least let them give you a quote. You'll love the service!

Charlotte at AZ Insurance Team was recommended by our Realtor when we bought a condo. She did all the work to find us the coverage we needed at the best price. She is always very responsive and keeps track of everything you need. We have since switched our auto insurance and two other homeowners policies over to AZ Insurance Team. It's a win-win because I don't have to do the work and I save money!
